We installed an air source heat pump 12 months ago and the service and expertise shown by Caplor was excellent. The installation was very professional and despite being nervous about switching from oil to ASHP we should not have worried. The house is warm and we have plentiful hot water. Caplor quoted us some running costs and having had the unit for 12 months I can confirm that the costs were actually cheaper than anticipated. Very pleased indeed.

Installation of an air source heat pump was a shambolic experience and currently trying to arrange for Caplor to service it is even worse.

I was pleasantly surprised by the honest and careful service I received from Caplor. They presented the facts, didn't try to oversell, and did the work competently. They have made me feel confident that the system is well installed and reliable (as it has proved). It has also been even more efficient than predicted!.

We have recently converted a barn, and had an air source heat pump along with under floor heating . The team at caplor have been exceptional from start to finish, nothing was to much trouble. Operations manager Dan M was extremely helpful and often went above and beyond to ensure I had all the answers to my question throughout the build.

Installing our ASHP was protracted due to the proccrastination of the Green Homes Grant Scheme. However, once this was sorted the installation went quickly and smoothly and we are looking forward to using the system.

The installation of our air source heat pump (ASHP) went flawlessly from initial discussion to after care service. Knowledgeable, competitively priced with complete clarity, timely and clean work. Installing pv panels was one of the best decisions we have ever made. They have been providing us electricity since 2011. Many installers have come and gone in that time, however Caplor continue to build on their experience of green energy installations. Would recommend any time

Caplor were very efficient providing a quote in time for us to apply for the Green Homes Grant, answering questions and getting the work done as promised. Their staff are very knowledgeable and customer service was excellent. We are VERY happy with our air source heat pump and new radiators!

Professional. Installation efficient by personable and knowledgeable crew. Still awaiting battery due to supply problem. Provided an update on this. Would have liked some help in gathering data for SEG application, but think I have done this by searching the web.

Problems with solar thermal sensor and inverter, but solved with professionalism and courtesy-thanks

Excellent service with no hard sell from start to finish when Caplor installed our solar panels. Not only are we helping the environment but the panels are turning out to be an excellent investment - we are saving more money than the outlay would have earned at the bank.

There was no fuss, no mess. They came, they saw and they installed. The PV's look great and they do the job. They have cut our electric bill in half. So thats all good. What more could you want? - well Caplor as a company are also involved in all manner of green projects around the world, so you are not only getting a great deal, but you are supporting a team that really cares about the planet.

Caplor Energy installed an ASHP after our old heating system failed. The Caplor team were courteous and friendly throughout, and Ben and the rest of the installation team were extremely professional. We even had a free hot water system upgrade due to availability of the planned unit. Wouldn't hesitate to use / recommend the Caplor team again.

we had Caplor to install panels on the roof of our new house, they were certainly quick and effiicient ,arrived when they said they would, and removed the scaffolding the day after they finished. One of the engineers was the one who put panels on our old house 11 years ago, so he had loads of experience, and it indicates that Caplor must be good employers.

This was our first contact with Caplor. I have to say Phil Parkin did an excellent job. He answered our questions with clarity, made layout suggestions, and gave us confidence that Caplor is a professional organisation. The proof of the pudding will be in what follows!

Caplor Energy serviced my 10 year old solar panels and system.... it's time I had them back, which is why I am leaving this review! They were excellent first time around and so there's no reason not to use them again.
