Caplor have just completed the installation of Mitsubishi cascade air source heat pumps and new radiators to our cottage.The installation team led by Chris and supported by Martin and Josh completed the work to a very high standard and on time. They had pride in their work and attention to detail. We have already recommended Caplor to friends. Many thanks.

It's a pity to read of some of the poorer reviews as they do not align with my experience of this company. Once again some small modification work was carried out swiftly, efficiently and tidily. Our solar system is working beyond expectations and can be recommended.
I employ solar panels in my own designs for remote 'Internet of Things' monitoring projects so recognise when 'things' are working well.

Very disorganised and so very slow at getting started. Then having been told I couldn't do a certain date due it being my husbands funeral, they decided to work the days either side of it. The person I spoke to about being upset about their thoughtlessness was extremely rude.
Work wise I have no queries, apart from the fact that the solar thermal system doesn't well at all, but that, I assume, is not their fault.

I sought a quotation, which was quickly received. Although I didn't accept the quotation I received a very pleasant response wishing me well with my chosen supplier. I was impressed that they took the trouble to respond.

Excellent company to deal with. We have used them for maintenance of an existing Heat Pump installation a coupe of years back and, this year, for a new Solar PV plus starage battery installation and a new Heat Pump and full central heating, at a property we have just moved to. Caplor's electricians, fitters and plumbers are all high quality and a pleasure to deal with. The resulting plant works well, and the very few initial teething problems were dealt with quickly, efficiently and effectively.

Solar panels installed by Caplor efficiently and with minimum disruption. Team was knowledgeable and friendly. We've had them running for a few years now and Caplor has always responded quickly to any queries we had. One slight issue was resolved at no expense to ourselves. Can recommend Caplor if you wish to go down the solar panels route.

Several years ago, I had pv panels fitted on my roof. Caplor’s installation & explanation was very efficient & helpful & the panels have been a success. There have so far been no problems. I would highly recommend this company.

Definitely five star treatment and service by Elliott and Vinnie - two excellent flag carriers for Caplor. We hope that much of their work can be covered by guarantee, which they suggested might be possible. Many thanks to you both for your well-informed advice and a job well done.

Caplor recently carried out a service on our solar thermal system which had been installed 15 yrs ago by another company. Their friendly helpful engineer managed to sort out the problem we were having despite not having dealt with that type of system before and in an extremely confined space. A good experience and we will definitely use Caplor again.

My system had broken down and my usual maintenance co. had gone bust. I found it very difficult to get any help and was without the solar heating for 2 months. Caplor responded quickly and fixed the system in one visit. I will use them again and readily recommend them to owners of similar systems.They are genuine and responsible.

Replacement meter.
Generated electricity meter was faulty and replaced on the agreed date by the technician. System now functioning correctly.

Speak as you find; my experience with getting PV installed with Caplor has been very good. The installation happened about 6 weeks from order. Helpful sales and good installation team. The system is a neat installation and is generating the full 3.6kW when the sun does come out. The industry is very busy right now so in context the service is very good.

Solar panels fitted 7 years ago. Excellent service from outset and helpful advice. Very efficient fitting team. No problems experienced would recommend.

Incompetent and uncaring. I placed an order for an EV point to be installed, which was followed by 7 weeks of near silence. The only updates I received were in response to me chasing. Once the installation had occurred, I asked for an invoice, knowing there was some additional (minor) hardware required. What I received had a single line, with the wrong information, and double the estimated cost. Three weeks after admitting there was a error, and the only communication I've received are reminders to pay the incorrect amount.

I am glad that we chose Caplor to install our Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP). We got prompt answers to any queries both before and after installation. This was a great investment which gives 4kWh for every 1kWh input. The team worked efficiently in and out of the house.The ASHP kept our house warm over the winter and reduced our carbon footprint.

We obtained proposals from several solar PV suppliers/installers. Richard visited to do an initial survey and explain all the options. He was excellent at explaining all the technical details and provided a detailed and comprehensive proposal. All our questions were answered promptly and in detail. Two companies were clearly better than any of the others and it was difficult to chose between. Eventually, we decided on an alternative proposal to that provided by Caplor but it was not a clear or obvious decision.

I would recommend that anyone looking for a solar PV installation, seriously consider Caplor. They are sure to make a professional and competative proposal.

had solar panels fitted to roof,all done very professionaly from start to finish and when we had problem with pigeons came out and pigeon proofed panels.would highly recommend caplor energy.

I can't fault anything really. The 'crew' fitting arrived on time and stayed 'till the job as done.
One's always wary with tradesmen, but I can honestly say I'm really pleased.
They left with the whole system working (and very quiet) and I haven't turned it off since they left and it has remained a constant 18 degrees.
We'll see what it's like in the winter !!
However, this was for my office. I will have the house done next. (insisting on the same crew.

Caplor did an excellent job in replacing one of my inverters though there was some confusion, on my part as how much I needed to pay. When the job was tackled it could not have gone better!
