Extremely rude customer service. Accidentally called their number as they advertised “Budget Rental Car”. The guy asked which company I was calling for then practically shouted at me to call the right place and hung up.

I've rented from car and rentals multiple times now for both business and personal trips.. the one time I needed to modify my reservation, the agent was helpful and made the changes instantly.. second time I booked for my trip and I got cheaper deals from other sites...reliable... Thanks

Car rentals are usually costly in new york but they offered me a greta deal and also had a good customer service.
