Check-in process took a little longer than I would have liked in Boston but overall I was satisfied with the car
My reservation was scheduled for after 10:00 p.m. at MIA. They booked my reservation with a car rental company that closes before that time. The reservation confirmation document did not mention anything about the rental company’s closing hours.
I tried calling both CRX and the rental car company (Saving Rental Car) before my trip, but there was no response at all. CRX mentioned that they close early at the airport rental location, and Google confirmed the same, so I thought I could still get the car by going there directly—but I was wrong.
I am posting this review to warn others, as leaving families stranded at the airport late at night is not acceptable, especially when you don’t know what to do at the last minute. In the end, I had to pay much more than expected to rent a car at the airport.
Terrible shady business, the name doesn’t match the reservation. The location didn’t exist, when I called they stated Google hasn’t been updated. Wanted nearly $400 more and said they could offer random discounts. Never got the car or a refund. Terrible experience!
I rented a car to pick up from LaGuardia. I called their number they said they have an office. There is no office. At 12 am I call a number ehich leads to a voice mail.
They don't have google reviews nothing. Their receipt comes from a company called Weston.ab inc. None of the shuttle people know about them. Stay away.

This was one of the worst experience in customer service I have ever experienced!
Not only did they overbook so they gave my car to someone else but to top it off the agent was extremely rude and uncaring.
It took me 3 hours to find another vehicle because it was spring break and I ended up paying 4 times more and what I expected to pay because it was last minute.
Please don't waste your time with this company that's why they keep changing their name, but what they don't change is there bad ethics!!!
Rented a car for one way drive (route over 500 km) as not all companies let to drop off the car in different location. This one seemed ok.
PROS: the car was clean, quite new - not many km done on this vehicle, price was adequate
CONS:
- delay at the pick up - 30 mins. Received a call from the person that supposed to deliver the car about 15 mins delay.
- rush on the pick up - of course, when you are that late...
- literally 3 minutes after leaving the parking the fuel indicator went down from full - it was not full at all, far from that.
- right wheel was making weird sounds, you sure would like to check it, as the car was too new to do that.
- drop off - received a call about 30 mins before the time if i'm ok to change the meeting point in exchange for a lift home. while waiting in the new spot, received a message about the delay - don't want to think how delayed that person would be if i didn't agree on the drop off place change...
- rush while collecting the car. not even one question for a feedback or a comment. the only comment was: are you in rush?
I think next time i would rather check other companies before i rent. Having this one compared to others i used, it's far behind. The car probably will safely take you to your destination, but get ready for the delays and extra fuel costs.
Empire car rental staff was professional and rental car was Clean and in good working condition. Great experience would do business with this company again.
I used this company at DFW and they delivered a car with massive dna/orgy stains all over the back seat. When I said this was not acceptable they told me tough luck, no other cars available and dropped me off at the airport car rental center. All rental agencies were out of cars and when I did find one I had to pay the no reservation rates which cost me an extra $325 for the 4 day rental and 5 hours of misery. I would never use this company again anywhere. Their operators have no respect for their customers.

I rented a car with Car Rental Express a few weeks ago. I was able to find a rate cheaper than most other aggregate websites on the Internet. Using their ratings I was able to find an agency that appeared to be well regarded, who I decided to book with. I received a confirmation in the email, and had no problems picking up the car. I had never booked with an independent before, but after this experience, I will definitely try them again in the future.
