Callum Kerr came in person rather than just look at my roof from Google Earth. There was no pressure and no underhand sales tactics (unlike other salesmen). He clearly knew his stuff.... もっず芋る

Just had 1st time central heating and new boiler fitted . Plumbers were great and did there utmost to remedy any problems . Also fitted system in 2 days with a minimum of mess . Great job , only downs... もっず芋る

I couldn't have wished for better. Excellent!

My experience with Carbon Saving Group from the start was excellent. The people in the office were helpful and polite and made everything clear and understandable. The chap who came to survey the property was also very good and explained everything. Later when the two young men did the underfloor insulation were excellent and did a job which I would not like to do with cheerfulness and care and treated me with respect. Finally the plumber who fixed the new boiler worked hard and did the work efficiently and was very polite and considerate. I could not fault them and neither would I want to. Thank you Carbon Saving Group.

Gas installation at property

The recent gas installation at my property was completed efficiently and without any fuss. Carbon Savings Group handled everything explaining options, timescales and prices then installed and completed acceptance within an extremely short time.
From the company helpline, through surveyors and installers all staff were friendly, experienced and professional; the work was of an extremely high standard and I would fully recommend CSG.

New boiler & insulation

Had new boiler and underfloor insulation. Really easy to arrange, work carried out quickly and efficiently, lots of contact from Carbon Saving Group throughout letting us know dates and times. I would recommend.

Try these first

Made and enquiry through the greenhome scheme and these guys couldn’t help. But they took me under their wing and we managed to get cavity filling and a new boiler for less than £500. Under the green scheme I was having to pay £1000 just for the filling!

Very happy and will recommend

Had a couple of quotes and went with these guys. They always answered the phone when I had any questions. My main contact with a gentleman called Andy who was very helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the loft insulation carried out at my property, the fitters were polite and friendly and the work was tidy.

I have to mention Andrew Melia for his courteousness whilst dealing with my concerns upon my New Central Heating - may I add is superb ! On every level Andrew was pleasant and listened following with helpfulness.

Couldn't fault this company.They replaced our dated electric heating with gas central heating From start to finish everything was explained clearly and fully. Very professional people. Nothing was too much trouble.
Immaculate job. Would recommend to anyone.
