I have been a customer of Cygnal Ltd in Houghten le Spring for over 4 years, I recently returned to have a new front & rear dash cam installed. Again the customer service, support and professional installation was fantastic. I would highly recommend them if you want a professional service.

Pre purchased a NEXTBASE front and rear Dashcam and arranged for CYGNAL to install it. Arrived on site at 8am and after discussing the install with Camilla and Steve, Camilla installed the two cameras. Her work was absolutely first class and I was kept informed of her progress. The job took just over the hour and after finishing it, was walked through various aspects of the Dashcam operation. Would certainly use them again.
Oh yes, was offered a coffee as well!

Smooth easy transaction. On the day of installation the technician was on time, welcoming and friendly. The total installation was done in 45mins as predicted and performed to the highest standard with no mess or visible sign of work undertaken. System was explained in full by the technician before driving home. Highly recommend Cygnal 👍.

The installer was professional and polite. The price was good. Two other companies said they would not install my dashcam onto my vehicle (Ford Ranger). The cable is well hidden with no damage at all. Email correspondence was prompt even over the holidays. Really can’t recommend these enough.

Unfortunately I was cancelled on my way to get my immobiliser fitted due to staff illness. However my appointment was quickly rearranged and a lovely and efficient chap called Rhys fitted it even more quickly than expected. He then spent some considerable time with me ensuring I knew how to use it with assurances that I could re contact them if I forgot or had any questions- even pointing out that there were good tutorials online.
Next day I received a certificate of fitting to include in my vehicle's documentation detailing what had been fitted.
I even had a comfy seat and a cuppa while I waited
