Easy transaction, great delivery time

fast .. tough it cost £4 , even tough i spent 250

My initial experience with Moto-electrical was positive. The product I wanted, a small 12v electric motor looked the part and was at an extremely competitive price. The motor arrived really quickly and was well packaged, and indeed it fitted onto the motorbike actuator (BMW electro-hydraulic centre stand EHCS). However it was not ‘man enough to turn the little pump on the actuator. On speaking to the Company about returning the motor, I downloaded the return sheet but was not able to populate it on my iPad. I also noticed there may be a 20% repackaging fee on top of the return postage. I was happy with the latter but not the former. So I’ve just kept it and ordered another, more expensive but recommended motor from another Company. An honest review that I hope may help the Company and potential future customers.

This was my first order, and to be fair, I only bought anti-rodent tape, so I can’t speak about their other products. Anyway, the mice seemed to love it! The service and speedy delivery were great though. Online shopping is difficult here due to delivery issues, but Moto-Electrical used Royal Mail, which I was very pleased about.

Placed an order for stator and R/R with the guys at Moto-Electrical on Sunday night. Was in my hands by Tuesday morning. Top quality parts. The R/R sorted my Triumph Speed Triple right out. Turns out the stator wasn't needed - the return process was swift and easy. Quick response times from staff.

Great service. I needed a replacement stick coil for my bike and ordered mid afternoon and the coil was delivered by post next morning. Very happy bunny indeed.

Ordered a starter motor for a GL1500 at 14:50 on Friday it was delivered 10:30 on Saturday. Super fast delivery and well packed. Had it fitted by lunchtime.

I got parts for my motorbike with fast delivery. The only thing not giving 5 starts was the fact the correct item for my motorbike was £105 on your site and I bought a similar looking item on your site for £11 for a snow/jet ski and it works perfectly at a tenth of the price
