I tried to buy 4 gift cards. I got an email that they wanted my ss, drivers license or ID card through Stripe. I emailed customer service and said I wasn't ok with that. They said no problem and sent me a way to verify using the CC charge. Now they email me asking for more personal information (photos of current bills or bank statements). I told them to cancel my order because I am not giving more personal information. Either my CC charge worked or it didn't.

This has been a colossal waste of my time and energy! I verified my email and telephone. I paid with my credit card and gave you cvv. You charged my Amex. An hour later, nothing.

Then an email stating you that you need to "verify some of your payment information" and that I need to verify my identity with my driver's license and pics of me?
Still no gift cards! I emailed support to complain.

Simply ridiculous! Use another site if you actually what to buy gift cards to use quickly.

I love the gift card discounts. Once it a while they do have a glitch when purchasing, but the customer service is excellent and always takes care of the issue promptly!

One of the giftcard I ordered is not valid. I raised it to cardcookie support. Tom help me immediately to get a replacement one.

I have bought cards from cardcookie for at least a couple of years now. Never had a problem. I had a problem yesterday and they fixed it as fast as humanely possible. I have even more faith in cardcookie than I did the day before when I never had a problem.

I have bought gift cards from cardcookie for a lot of time in the past years. The experience is very great. At most of the time, the cards were sent promptly. The support team at cardcookie is also awesome. They responded very quickly every time I contacted them.

I ordered a gift card in May 2022, and when I went to use it in Septemebr 2022, it had a zero balance. I reached out to Card Cookie Customer Service, and becuase I was outside of the "100 day gaurantee" they said there was nothing they could do about it. They wouldn't even credit me the actual amount I paid for the gift card. So they literally stole my money. When I told them "gift card's don't expire, so I should at least get the amount I spent" they said: "Gift cards themselves do not expire. Unfortunately, as stated on the website, we can only cover them for 100 days." and now they wont respond to any of my emails. Highly recommend using another platform other than Card Cookie.
