I have been buying with them monthly for the past year and never had any problem.

The one time I did was when they sent me a gift card that was already in use in another account. I reported that and they sent me another gift card right away.

Super fast response to my concern over buying a gift card that said it was already redeemed. Without any need to overly prove my point or defend myself, I’m with no questions asked they apologized and issued a new gift card! Thanks so much!

Really helpful and very quick resolution of issue.

Purchased from them multiple times over the past few months, primarily for Lowe's gift cards for my home projects. The cards have always come through within minutes and been able to add them straight to my account / purchases.

I have only ever encountered a problem with a card not working on one occasion (out of 10+ purchased), and after emailing them about it I received a response and new (working) gift card from them literally 4 minutes later. Can't fault their service.

They have my trust and I'll continue to buy from them.

I've had cards be redeemed after the fact that I purchased them, but with cardcookie, I'm able to contact support and receive a card with the same balance by the next day.

Amazing company with amazing customer service. One problem with buying and selling gift cards is the owner gives the gift card number so after selling it they sometimes use it still. Anytime I get a gift that the seller skims money from after selling it to them, never have a problem getting a replacement.

Very few instances of cards being compromised and when they are Cardcookie is quick to fix the problem! They are my go to for discounted gift cards. Every little but helps!

Over time, I have purchased numerous gift cards; a handful of them wound up being used previously by a deceptive seller. I contacted Cardcookie, and, in every single case, they have responded the same/next day, no questions asked, and replaced the problematic cards. Highly, highly recommend!
