Card Delivery is On Point !

I have been using CardDelivery for at least 5 years and have always been satisfied with their service. I purchase from them ITunes Card and Nintendo Card and their customer service is great when your purchase from Togo (Africa) because sometime their might be some issue with ou local banks. Great Service ! Card Delivery is on point !

Customer support denied my purchase due


Customer support denied my purchase due to non established account which is fine.

However they claimed they cancelled my order which is pending authorization and to contact PayPal PayPal told me they have not cancelled so they are lying.

Do not trust this company they are liars and thiefs

Order cancelled for „security reasons“

I ordered gift cards for $700. I had to verify my account with pic and ID. But then, out of rhe blue - they cancelled my order. I complained to customer service, but the only answer was that for security reasons I could not buy ans gift csrds. Ridiculous and outrageous. Avoid this con company!

Virkelig dårlig oplevelse. Havde lige fået konto men kunne ikke få lov til at kÞbe et kort, af en årsag som de heller ikke skriver. Det ville vÊre rart med en konkret begrundelse/årsag da det er svÊrt at forstå at jeg ikke kan vÊre kunde/medlem. Derfor fÞler jeg det er en mÊrkelig dårlig oplevelse af at blive afvist

Shocking Service

Shocking Service , Purchased Two Gifts cards , One beginning of this Month - August 2024 & this Morning

Both are Still waiting for For Management Approval , plus previous orders the Cards where Redeemed by their staff , before my Partner or Children received them

The Customer Service is extremely slow , Extremely frustrating , unhelpful & not interested at all

Paid but nothing.

Bought a UK card. My credit card was deducted but site said there was a problem. I email support loads of times and it was like nobody actually bothered with find out my problem. Was eventually asked to submit the request directly from the email address I used to order. I finally thought I had a chance. Silly me. Heard NOTHING after a few attempts.
I’ve finally written of £60. Never again
They actually really don’t give a damn.

Gift Card Vendor Scams Me!!

Hi,

What a terrible experience. I opened an account online and bought a gift card then they started asking this document and that document one after the other. What originally had poses as a 5minute transaction turned into a week long nightmare amd i lost $100 in the end. They literally scammed me. Tried every trick in the book not to give me gift card initially and when there was no way out they gave me a used gift card that when i tried to redeem it said was already used. I enquired again then theu banned me feom using their store. So they just liyerally scammed me straight up. Was the worst shopping experience i had in long time and dont recommend them at all! Stay away!

You pay and then it wants you to send through all sorts of personal information for ‘verification’. Verification against what? They’re asking for a photo of you - what are they going to check it against? Beware!!

I purchased a $100 gift card didn't receive it

I purchased a $100 gift card and still haven't received it. Despite submitting my verification with a photo, they claim they don't recognize me, even though I match the photo exactly. This is incredibly frustrating. I requested to cancel the purchase since I needed the card hours ago, but they've only responded that they can't verify me. What is going on? Why can't they refund my money? I want my money back and I no longer wish to do business with this company.
