My sister bought my son a gift card using these folks (who use Steam logos and trademarks). They made her jump through hoops with her ID and order number before they sent an email that contained a photo copy of a physical gift card that had already been used. I contacted their customer support, and they did respond, but they gave me the runaround and wanted more "verification". How about they verify that they aren't scammers. My sister will be doing a chargeback through her bank.

I ordered a $100.00 gift card
I ordered a $100.00 gift card, was charged $14.99 as a fee and was then asked to take a picture of myself, holding my ID, and the order number written on a piece of paper. I did not feel comfortable doing this due to possible identity theft. I asked for a refund and they refused. I paid with PayPal and put in a dispute. SCD then said they would issue the card if I cancelled my dispute and I should download iTunes. I don't use iTunes. This all seemed very suspicious. Paypal sided with SCD so I am out $114.99. I went back to SCD and asked for my card since I paid for it and they refused due to security reasons. What a joke! I'm disappointed in PayPal as well for allowing a scammer to scam. Disgusting! Oh I did file an FTC report on SCD.
Update: 04-01-26 I looked at the emails rec'd by Steamcard delivery and there was a card issued. Unfortunately, it had already been used. Not by me. So they sent an invalid card. Again, scam.
Update: 04/06/2026 Steamcarddelivery states they do not have an order number or they have no order number from me. The order number is 216323376 paid with my PayPal credit card on 02/25/2026 for 114.99. Invalid card, already used, not by me. So again, I would like a refund. Thank you!

DON’T BUY FROM THIS SITE! SCAM!
I’m a mom who was trying to buy a steam card for a friend’s son’s birthday. I found this website and purchased a $50 gift card. Then I got a strange request to verify my identity with a picture of myself with some other information. This triggered warning bells. I replied saying that so want to cancel my order. Of course the order goes forward and my friend’s son receives an email from them with a code. When he enters that code, the message says that the code has been redeemed already. The vendor said it was a valid code. We went back and forth but they said they “were checking”.
I contacted Steam Support and they confirmed that the code was already redeemed but would not help me by providing a redemption date (even after 3 requests! It almost seemed like they were part of the scam!)
SO DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
(I got an email to review my purchase, but I wasn’t allowed to enter a rating or review.)

This is the worst gift card experience…
This is the worst gift card experience of my life. It’s now been almost 36 hours and still don’t have a card. I have emailed them a million times and received zero help. The gift card code they sent my son says it has already been redeemed. I have asked for my money back but now they won’t communicate with me. Don’t recommend.

Gift Card Not Redeemable
Purchased a Razer Gold gift card from this site. When attempting to load card to digital wallet received a message that the card had already been redeemed. When contacting support I was told to retry the code and to also scan the barcode. We did both with same result. Sent support the error message received and was informed that this was a scam experienced by many of their customers and was told to contact the person to whom the card was gifted for resolution. Which makes no sense. This is the second time this has happened on a card purchased from this site. The first was for a Steam card, with the same resolution by the same support person. I requested either a new card or refund. Have had no response from support since. Plan to report them for online fraud. Their support is not necessarily helpful. Don't purchase from this business.

To me it was a life saver
To me it was a life saver. I had no way of adding money to my Steam wallet from my country. With low extra value I was able to easily add to Steam wallet by buying Steam Gift Cards. I have now adquiered many times gift cards with out any issue and fast. Also very helpfull for brthday gifts!

Will instantly take your money, then tell you to submit all kinds of verification that will take at most 15min. I have been waiting over 45min and sent an email to support with no response. Stay away from these scammers.
