My order went a bit sideways from the moment I hit the pay now button. After a series of hiccups, I made a 344 mile round trip to collect some pretty hefty box section for a chassis repair on my truck.
When I eventually got it home, there was a bit missing, which meant yet more delay.
Now this would warrant a low star rating except they have gone out of their way to sort the problems out and Helen in particular has been extremely helpful in sorting out refunds and other issues. I can't give them 5 stars but I hope 4 is good enough. And I'd use Cardiff Steels again too.

Put an order in for a metal fabrication and was manufactured as specified and delivered within 10 days.

Great communication, attention to detail and customer service. Like all projects, we were working to a tight deadline. I stressed about sizing and they offered to come to my home to measure the beams to reassure me. The receptionist is fantastic, she was an excellent communicator and followed through on her promises. Their customer service is excellent. She rang to advise on delivery times, and made sure they had someone on hand to assist with carrying the beams in.
This is a fantastic little company, who I was recommended to use, and I can see why after using them !
