The Team was really nice and supportive, they made our administrative and HR tasks seamless and well organized ranging from organizing our staff and service user documents to hosting weekly and monthly meetings to keep up with what we needed to do as a company.

Excellent service provided by the CQC preparation team. I was provided with a management action plan and resources to help me support my CQC Responsible Manager Interview. During the mock interview I was provided immediate feedback from my answers. I have areas of improvement which I now know I need to work on an were also sent resources to close these gaps.
