I came across this app last month after a friend recommended it to me. I was blown away at the ease of use and how quick it was to find patients needing care in my area. The care "guardians" as they are called provide all the requirements and timings upfront so I could decide when I could work - so much simpler than the agency I was with before!! I've now completed four sessions (a lady recovering from a hip replacement) and payments (at my chosen hourly rate...!!) have been quick and seamless.
Would recommend this to any carer seeking greater control over their work.

they help me when I had funding issues by social services make sure I had the support I needed and to this Day still supporting me when needed thank you very much for all your help Maxine and Jonathan they generally do care about their clients and carers this is not fake like it is with some care agencies out there I will never go back to a care agency

A brilliant idea. This app makes organising care so much easier for your loved ones. Whilst also offering an appealing pathway to become a carer yourself - making more money than an agency could ever pay you.

Hope to see it grow quickly because this CareCite would make the world a better place.

At first I was a bit nervous about relying on an app to book care for my parents. But then I got a call from Carecite and spoke to a wonderful lady called Maxine. She was so helpful and considerate and within minutes I selected a carer from the Carecite app who happened to be within five miles of my parents’ home….yay!!!! I feel like a huge load has been lifted from my shoulders.

In a sector which is deeply personal and difficult to navigate Carecite are a breath of fresh air. Far better than the agencies with a really easy to use app too. Well done everyone at Carecite

Carecite is a brilliant app. I found the perfect carer in less than a week for my dad. Really helpful to see all caters in your own area. Dad was also very pleased to choose with us the right person to support him… Huge positive impact for him and for us.

Carecite is a breath of fresh air to the struggling care sector. As a private carer/companion it has been a challenge to find clients. Carecite enables me with ease to promote myself. I have also worked with my clients to build a team of carers to support them, again Carecite will enable us to bring together a support team far more efficiently now. Also looking forward to the simplified and timely payment mechanism built in to the App that provides complete transparency for all parties. Carecite is a win win for those needing support, their families and the carer.

Carecite is far better than any agencies. It allowed us to choose the right carer for my father in law who lives on his own with early stage of vascular dementia. From previous experience, agencies tend to impose you whoever they have around which was for us a real disaster. The possibility to choose with Carecite App changed it all! We have feedback from the carer on each visit!!! So refreshing as we live far away from each other… Definitely recommend to use Carecite if you need live in care support…Transparent, reliable, and user friendly!

Fantastic and breakthrough service, allowed me to meet a carer and talk to them up front to build a relationship and know that they were right for my elderly relatives care. And knowing when they arrive and knowing that the same carer is always looking after my relative is incredibly reassuring. Massive improvement on the one size fits all agency model backed up by simple intuitive tech.

Excellent service to find a one-off carer for a relative. Great to know they're on hand if I ever need them again. Highly recommended.

I’m new to Carecite and I’ve just booked my first carer for my mum. It was really easy to set up my profile and find a carer that covers my mum’s location. The Carecite booking costs about 30% less than the previous care agency I used. Best of all, I’m just really happy to see that Carecite allows carers to choose their own fee. It’s about time carers were paid properly!

As a carer I absolutely love this app. It cuts down travel time between calls and takes out the stress of going through an agency. You can manage your own diary whilst on the go and its so easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Going through an agency took too long and was in consistent I didn't expect an app to be any better but was suprised how simple it was. So far it has saved us money and time.

Amazing Experience!!!
I have used my fair share of care agencies in support for my Mother and I have been disappointed each time. I decided to give Carecite a go as it looked different and very professional and what an amazing experience it has been. My Mother is a lot happier with her carer and looks forward to her returning each day and the information I can gather whilst being absent is second to none. The customer service team have also gone over and above to find the best solution for us. I would 100% recommend Carecite to anyone. Don’t waste your time with agencies any longer.
