Their website seems to not work. They collect documents, passport photos and then they don't answer. There are no jobs on their website! I see here reviews only from year 2023 . Nothing since. Obviously a scam!

Very good people to work with. Mel is amazing , kind and patient. Ilarna is a cool , calm company. If we had people like Mel around , the world would be a better place. She is top tier and amazing to work with.

I have received great help from most of Ilarna team members; Nurses like Tracey, Care coordinators like Yagmur, Care managers like Rory and even the Director herself, Mandy, who is very kind and she doesn't mind stepping in to give guidance and advise when needed. 🤩It's not everyday that a Director gets to know the existence of someone like me but Mandy not only knows all the carers and clients but constantly checks up on them to ensure that her staff give us the best service possible.🫡 I have felt supported and included and Ilarna has quickly become a family that I need when lone working. No matter the day or situation, I can always count on them to support me😇. At Ilarna they always find new ways of improvement to ensure they give top notch quality service. Ilarna handled my request for a carer for my dad so professionally. I needed to change my dad’s carer and got in touch with Ilarna. They said that they covered my dad’s area and would look for a professional to help with his needs. They kept me informed by email of their efforts in trying to find someone. They sent me the profile of a suitable match and once we agreed we were given the date that they would start. Everything worked perfectly and seamlessly. My dad is extremely happy with the carer who has been assigned to him and all his needs have been fulfilled. I cannot recommend Ilarna highly enough. They go over and above to help and fulfil the criteria that you require.

I needed some short term care after a knee replacement.. the staff at ilarna were incredibly patient
with me during my initial registration on to the platform and where happy to help me search for the right person to assist me with my Dailey needs... As soon as i had registered i was able to manage dates and times directly through the application.. So Easy !!

Whilst looking for some regular help for an elderly relative I signed up, and what a great decision that was.

Ilarna has been a game-changer for my family! Every carer I've hired through the platform has been exceptional and their app makes the whole hiring process super easy - can't recommend them highly enough!

I was able to speak directly with the carer before assigning them. The agency we used kept sending different carers which kept causing stress to my loved one. With the ilarna I can choose the carer and update them on how to proceed. They can get back to me also. I found taking out the agency prevented confusion and was beneficial to both.
