A very good experience

Order completed in good time. Quality material. Style so good for my husband. I love that there are chalk marks where the seamstress has cut the material. It makes it more personal. Value for money.

A company who stills provide a personal service

How wonderful it is to deal with a company that delivers such a personal and helpful service. It was so refreshing to talk to a human when you have a query, not AI. As a disabled person in a wheelchair they were so helpful, gave good advice on my needs, and the goods I received were excellent.

We have agreed a refund because the bad weather prevented the supplier from fulfilling the order, but I have yet to receive the refund.

I have returned a night of a clothing


I have returned a night of a clothing i.e. one pair of trousers for a refund I have enclosed the delivery charge requested.
I have had no reply to date. Nor refund!
I have had a response and have to admit that I had not taken into account the delays that occurred during the festive season.

If your order has been returned to us over the Christmas period, it will not have been processed into the system yet, as our returns depot opens on Wednesday. Upon checking our emails, I have not received anything from you so please do resend.

Faultless

I ordered 2 x pairs of trousers & the whole process was faultless. The trousers arrived on time & were very good quality. I will definitely be using this company again & can recommend them to others.

Poor service

Accepted an order - took payment - but item was out of stock.
Email received saying order being processed but then nothing!

I had to chase Care Co to then find out item was out of stock with no due date!

I never received them

I never received them. And you told me that I was being refunded not long after I placed the order. Gone to M&S for them. Crazy!
