Beware: No Support After Payment
Booked a session with a career coachâreceived a link and the name of the coach. I reached out to ask if it was possible to choose a coach, as Iâd prefer to speak with a female coach. No response. I declined the meeting and requested a refundâstill no reply.
A YEAR LATER, they sent me a link to the same coach!
No one replies to my emailsâjust complete silence on their end. Beware: if you pay for a service and request anything that deviates from their standard procedure, they will just take your money and ghost you!
