I am taking the data analytics program, anyway. This is a new area with its challenges, but as I am working through it day by day, it becomes more rewarding and interesting. I hope the experience and learning outcome will be worthwhile after the program.

CareerFoundry is truly a helpful platform to see the whole picture of full-stake web development. I would like to recommend anyone who wants to get a career change or improve their website-developed skill join their course.

Also, they do not only give you the skills but also opportunities to know more about your career path and this industry.

It is one of the most organized and useful courses I recommend.

I’m really impressed by how thorough the entire course is. But not in a way that is intimidating or overwhelming because you have mentors and student advisors with you in every task. I’m also so happy to still have access to the CF slack because resources and leads are constantly being posted. Overall I’m so happy with my experience!

I'm taking the self-paced course, and it has been such a great experience for me. The staff has been so helpful, positive, and supportive, and even the assignments are both informative and supportive as well. The readings remind me to take a break when we've covered a lot of information, and even acknowledge that, if a certain thing isn't making sense yet, that we will go into more detail soon. It's like they can read my mind.

I'm so happy with my choice with CareerFoundry. I feel motivated to continue my learning, while also not feeling overworked or stressed. I highly recommend it.

The program is very well laid out. I am able to apply direct learnings to my new job as a data analyst. I also think that the instructor and mentor feedback is very valuable.

The process of looking for a Bootcamp was complex given the number of options there. In the end I chose Careerfoundry because of the number of positive reviews I found and because from day 1 they answered all my questions and advised me on this new path.

I am now four months into the UX design program and I couldn't be more satisfied. All the content on the platform is understandable and interesting and the tasks are quite good to train you in real life situations. What surprised me most is the follow-up of the tutors and mentors; they really do everything possible to always give you feedback and help you improve.

I can say that currently I feel 100% more prepared than when I started. I am very excited to see my progress at the end of the course!

Im 1/3rd of the way through my UX course and Im so impressed. Ive loved meeting with my mentor weekly who is guiding through my career change. The lessons are engaging and the homework is fun! I cant believe how much Im learning, I will actually be sad when the program ends!

I'm on a learning journey with CareerFoundry. It's almost 2.5 months into the course, and I've been learning a lot and improving with every step. My tutor is a good source to ask questions daily, and my mentor is there to help me in my journey. I know that the process is so important, so other than focusing on speeding to finish the course, I will engage with each step and grow. Thank you CF team!

So far, I have enjoyed the course structure and learning methods. It is beneficial to have support from my mentor and tutor, who are always available to assist me. Despite working independently, I feel accompanied throughout the course.

So far throughout my Full-stack Web Development course my tutor Sahil Makwane and mentor Shawn Rice have been so helpful and patient with me. I came into this course with zero experience in tech and web development. I am loving it so far! It's really cool to see what you can create with code! I am very excited for the road ahead and to begin my web development career!

Overall CareerFoundry has been a great course. I’m not quite halfway through so I haven’t unlocked the Specialization or Job Prep Course yet. But this is my experience of the course so far:
The tutors and mentors are extremely helpful and responsive. The material is laid out well and the instructions for tasks are usually easy to follow. Having said that, there are few areas that could use improvement.
1. I have made a couple of friends on Slack from the course but I do wish it were easier to find people at the same stage/level in the course to study with. I work well in study groups and haven’t been successful in finding people to study with yet.
2. The workshops don’t seem live. I have attended a couple of the workshops and they don’t seem live to me. I could be wrong, but I would love it if all the workshops weren’t just recordings.
3. Having an audio lecture would be super helpful! There is a feature where students can listen to the readings but it’s with a dry, robotic voice and it’s hard to stay engaged. Having an actual lecture would be great. They have a few video recordings throughout the course but it’s usually only for small sections. Having something similar to these but for the entire Exercise would be really helpful to someone like me who is used to a lecture.
All in all, it’s a nice course with extremely positive mentors and tutors.

It's quite good. I have learnt a lot from this course. It's much better than most other courses of UX UI as its much more in-depth and focused.

I am close to finishing the UX Immersion course, and I like the fact that there are multiple mentors and a tutor. I like the structure of an assignment, which you can do at any time. Overall, I will give it four out of five since sometimes it takes a long time for your mentor or tutor,r to respond, but that's ok; the one thing that bothered me the most is that as someone who is doing a complete career change, there is not really "how to" use new tools like Figma or Slack, it's kind of..figure it out yourself. Yes, there is a seminar on how to use it, but it is in Germany, and I live in the u.s and can't be online at that time.

Again, overall, the staff is very supportive, and they send you a lot of informative information!

I appreciate how this course is self-paced and you get access and engage with real humans (tutor, mentor, student advisors, slack community). When I submit my tasks for review and approval, my tutor is prompt and thoughtful in providing supplementary articles as well! When I have 1:1 mentor calls, she provides me a safe space to review what concepts are challenging me, tangible action items, and guidance on how to succeed in accomplishing each module.

I've been in the career foundry program for about 5 weeks. So far my experience has been absolutely fantastic. I am doing the program full time and the course allows for you to move at your own pace which I love. Im really enjoying learning online, more than I thought I would! In addition, my tutor and mentor are absolutely fantastic! What Im most amazed by is how much I have learned in a short period of time. Im looking forward to beginning my career in UX!

I really enjoy the layout and the ease of being able to track my own progress. Each lesson is very well explained and goes into detail making the concepts very easy to understand. The tasks are engaging as it is easy to see how it is preparation for the real job world.

This course is building my knowledge base in a short period of time. My tutor is timely and encouraging through all of my task submissions while my mentor coaches and challenges me to continue my growth with regular meetings in a supported space. It's amazing how much I have learned so far. I'm excited to keep going!

I feel like I'm really getting a thorough education in my field of choice. My tutor and mentor are both amazing and they offer so much supplementary materials and videos to further my knowledge of the various lessons. The experience has been amazing so far!

Currently about halfway through CF´s Digital Marketing course:

+ Positive and encouraging communication from Career Foundry´s student advisors.
+ The tutor and mentor I have been paired up with are really helpful.
+ Great to have call access to a Professional Mentor throughout the course.
+ Most lessons are informative, entertaining with overall good resources.
+ Overall nice curriculum design.
+ Nice to be able to see the course progress, have access to other students´ submissions as well.

Where they can improve:

- The major problem I faced is that some of the lessons explaining Wordpress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics are out of date ( they refer to old versions of these platforms), and as a student this is quite frustrating and confusing and completely defeats the purpose of the learning it through the course.

- Quite a few of the linked resources (articles, extra readings etc) are outdated / not relevant to the platforms etc and should be updated.

- As someone who gets access to the course through the Arbeitsamt ( German Employment Office) the 6 month post-course completion where CF would assist you with their Job Guarantee unfortunately does not apply.

Personal Recommendations:
- Could be a nice option to be able to talk to the tutor ( not only the mentor) as they oversee all the main exercises.

Takeaway:
Overall I´ve had a positive experience so far, have been learning well and would recommend it to potential students.

My experience with CareerFoundry has been excellent so far (about a third into the program). The content is very practical and the curriculum is very well thought out. I really like how they designed the roadmap for my data analytics program. Furthermore, I have an excellent tutor and mentor that I feel are there for me 24/7 and whom I have lots to learn from and have started to develop a good relationship with. I also appreciate that there is always a feedback form at the end of each lesson so I can give suggestions on how it would make my learning better/more efficient. This really shows that CareerFoundry looks after its students first and foremost!
