Vera, Laiba, and Estefania all put in great effort and helped my applications reach a level of scale I could not have achieved on my own.

Overall, I thought this was a good experience! I enjoyed the people, the approach and the artifacts created. My one piece of criticism is the level of input that was required from me in regards to applications. I thought at some point it would be more hands off and we never seemed to get there.

I did wish I asked for more clarification about the job search service. It is a mistake on my end to misunderstand how much access the service needed and caused an inconvenience to the team when I felt I am not comfortable to provide that amount of access.

Attentive and efficient process (only delay was due to the Christmas break, where I did not respond) and knowledgeable team that listened to my needs and delivered accordingly. I am delighted with the outcome.

My only feedback to the team is to have slight improvement in applying the jobs according to Job descriptions and to make simple amendments in the CVs before share it with the Hiring person.
