I had a one on one coaching session with Maria and it’s hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life.

Maria was very knowledgeable and guided me expertly towards a practical and realistic plan of action, which has kept me focused and motivated, and more importantly, has taken away that debilitating fear of starting something potentially great because of the possibility of failure. Maria’s approach is from such a positive angle, with focus on skills and without fixation on “fixing” what one’s not good at, which has taken away the unnecessary pressure and also given me more time, energy and drive because I’m focusing on the right things.
