Care Indeed is a well run and staffed with wonderful compassionate carers and nurses. Dealing with them was a brilliant experience. I used the company for my own post-operative care and they exceeded my expectations on all fronts.

The care givers that Care Indeed have been of mixed quality. Some of them are excellent and some of them just want to stare at their phones all day.

The most frustrating part of Care Indeed is their internal processes and customer support. Invoices are frequently inaccurate. Every bill is an adventure. In addition, they do not respond to emails or phone calls on a timely basis.

Excellent care giving.

CareIndeed provided the best case we have received so far.
They seem to invest highly in their care-giver's development so the results are not surprising.

THE MANAGERS I DEALT WITH,HANNA AND MARY, RAN A TIGHT SHIP, CLOSELY MONITORING AND ASSESSING THE ACTIVITIES AND WHEREABOUTS OF THEIR EMPLOYEES.
MOST DAYS WERE A NEW ADVENTURE, OFTEN REQUIRING QUICK CHANGES TO SCHEDULES, HOURS AND ACTIVITIES.
HANNA AND MARY WERE CONSISTENTLY FLEXABLE AND SUPPORTIVE OF OUR CHANGING NEEDS. THE CAREGIVERS WERE GENERALLY WELL TRAINED AND HELPFUL. JACINTA/JEZZ WAS TRULY OUTSTANDING.

She did a fine job but our situation changed.

Skilled, friendly caregivers for my young adult daughter (recovering from brain injury). They are available 24/7 and are very flexible about changes to schedule.

I have been working with Care Indeed for more than a year now and have found their service and staff exemplary! I have a very challenging disabled adult child that requires round the clock care. Management and staff have been great. In particular, Joett, Luigi and Martin have done a great job making sure my daughter has the care she needs. Communication avenues are solid. I started by adding them in part time, it was not long before we decided to use Care Indeed 100%! Today we have a wonderful main, full time care giver that regularly exceeds our expectation for good care - maybe name change to "Great" Care Indeed! So grateful for this agency and it's staff!

Care Indeed is a valued partner for our family. We entrust them with understanding our specific needs, matching the appropriate caregiver with those needs and providing flexibility on scheduling. Additionally, vetting and training of their caregivers is an important part of their service and they do this very well. Having a company do all of the above is no small task.
I took care of one parent without using a service in the past and I can say that the "peace of mind" knowing that someone is assisting in the challenging privilege of taking care of an elderly person is a highly valued asset.

Office staff is exceptionally responsive to my and my son's (my primary caregiver) needs, with a hands-on personal touch. Attendants are professional, compassionate and have lots of patience with me, for which I am very grateful. The only reason this rating is not 5 stars is for lack of continuity of care - too many changes in caregivers. Otherwise, I highly reccommend this service.

Reliable and caring staff you can trust your loved one with!

Mar is very polite, hard working and pleasant person. She taken care of our mom very nicely.
We are very happy with her work and will be requesting her back to help our mom.

Mark Naval from Care Indeed has been an excellent caregiver. He works very well with my elderly father, who has suffered from a severe head injury, as well as dementia. My father needs someone with a lot of patience and compassion, as well as skills and strength to help him in the bathroom. Mark is able to assist my father with all of these needs, and we are thankful to be able to rely on him.

I engaged Care Indeed to provide additional support for my Mom who was in Memory Care. She had been gaining weight since starting a new medication and the memory care facility wasn't able to provide her enough care. We needed help with getting Mom ready in the morning and with doing her PT exercises regularly. Care Indeed quickly helped to provide additional staff. The staff assisted with Mom's PT exercises and it was the first time at the Physical Therapist actually said that she made improvements. The staff Care Indeed provided appeared to be truly caring and my Mom really appreciated them.

I have enjoyed my experience with Care Indeed. My Caregiver for my husband has been exceptional. I am so pleased with his service.

Care Indeed is a professional and truly caring firm who was able to find the right caregiver in short notice. They have experienced and caring caregivers. they helped follow up on my request promptly and checked along the way how everything was going.

Care seems very good. Reliable service & very communicative with the family.

The care provided has been quite good, but scheduling efficiency has been poor. The reponse time to messages left on the ClearCare site has been very inconsistent.
Every change in schedule has been rocky with numerous personnel changes prior to the event. It feels as if the agency is constantly scrambling to find workers.
The care giving is obviously the most critical measure of a senior care agency, but needed improvements in the scheduling reduces my rating from a 4.5 to a 3.
