Just got Medigap insurance for my husband. R.W. was my agent. He was helpful, knowledgeable and had a sense of humor so it was nice to do business with him.

I have tested many waters as I approached retirement age and Medicare supplement insurance. Much to ponder and decide upon. I finally settled on Melanie Coney of IAC and Heartland. Well informed. A PRO! Very pleasant as well. Its who I purchased my Plan G from.

Amazingly, my wife and I have reached that age. How we got here is a blur, but nonetheless we arrived at the age for Medicare. We realized that choosing the right Medicare policy would be important. We also realized that choosing that policy was confusing and concerning. We went to a volunteer Medicare “expert” adviser at our local area agency on aging. This was worse than useless. In fact my wife and I left more confused. We researched Medicare plans on our own and were hesitant to decide, when happily Stephanie Baldwin from the Heartland Financial Group called out-of-the -blue and exactly at the right time. We spoke by phone, emailed and finally made a decision over a no pressure few weeks of conversations. Now, we are about to discuss which drug plan will work best for us. In Stephanie We Trust.
