Careline Support レビュー 

I trust the operatives at Careline to take care of the residents when I am not working. When I put the warden call system off site I know that any calls for assistance are going to handled well. They always leave a message on my voicemail to let me know if an ambulance has been called.

I am a lodge manager in Fleet Hampshire. careline are very professional and always respond to any queries promptly. A credit to Churchill Living.

Without Careline, our role as a Lodge Manager would be very different and more difficult. As a Lodge Manager, Careline provides all our owners 24/7, 365 days a year support; something we can't do. If an owner is unwell and we need advice, I have spoken to Careline to get it.

Sometimes an owner may not wish to take our advice about going to hospital yet they will listen to Careline because they know exactly what questions to ask, filter out what's not required and at the same time, being caring. Quite an art. I tip my hat to them and Churchill Living for having them on board.

I am a Lodge Manager, I have always found Careline Support helpful, friendly and and very professional.

The guestroom at Fitzford Lodge is tastefully decorated and always super clean and comfortable. It is perfectly equipped and the whole lodge feels peaceful and friendly. It's just a short, flat walk into town and there is a beautiful park on your doorstep. Do not hesitate to book.

I am a Contractor and made a visit to Mellor Lodge in Uttoxeter recently.
The Lodge Manager (Karen) could not be more helpful and accommodating. After signing in, I was told exactly where to go to get to the right Apartment where I was carrying out some work in a bathroom.
Karen contacted the resident to advise that I had arrived, and also to make sure that they were expecting me and that it was convenient for me to come and do the work.
It's just nice to have a warm welcome, rather than trying to find your own way around an unfamiliar building.

I live at Tregolls Lodge in Truro and on several occasions I have pressed my pendant accidentally and had nothing but pleasantness from the people answering my call. They tell me not to be embarrassed that I have contacted them and they are pleased that I don’t need their help.

I am a lodge manager for churchill estates management and I can honestly say Careline are the most helpful efficient company I have come across in regards to support to the elderly

My mother at Petlands Lodge has needed help from Careline Support on two recent occasions and they were excellent each time. Everyone we spoke to has been caring, efficient and professional and provided exactly what was needed at the time, also checking back later to ensure all was well. It is very reassuring to know that expert help is on hand, day or night.

My dad moved to Burlington Lodge in swanley. He was given a careline pendent when he moved in. I am so grateful as this gives me great reasurence as he is very unsteady on his feet. Dad is very happy as he knows there is always help if he

I own a Churchill retirement apartment at Burlington Lodge, Swanley. Whilst I have not found it necessary to use the Careline support service, it’s very reassuring to know that this facility is available if required. Having spoken to other owners who have found it necessary to use the service, I understand that the support is very prompt and efficient.

My Mother accidentally pressed her button while getting into the shower. I had a call from a lovely guy explaining they had had a call and he could hear the to but couldn’t get an answer so could I go there and let them know when we got there that everything was ok. Was a false alarm but so reassuring from careline.

Careline was a great support in an urgent medical issue. They were professional and understood the problem immediately and took control in a calm pleasant manner.

Careline took care and consideration with my recent enquiry. I was impressed with their efficiency when our call alarm system and BT line went down. An engineer was called out immediately. Many thanks

A family relative had a fall at Copperfields early one morning. Within 5 minutes the phone call I received from Careline was calm, efficient and reassuring. They had already requested assistance for her and by the time I arrived just 10 minutes later the warden was also there. My only query is to why contact 1 had not received a call first. Excellent 24/7 service.

In all of my dealings with Careline Support I can only describe their service as exemplary, whether interacting with myself as Lodge Manager, or in assisting my owners @ New Pooles Lodge. They are always friendly, helpful & professional. A big thanks to all of you.

I was visiting one of my neighbours in Copperfields and unbeknown to me she had knocked her personal alarm, she wasn’t aware the alarm was ringing so by the time I reached the main unit and she hadn’t answered the main telephone was ringing to ascertain she was OK. I was impressed at the speed and reassurance she received on the phone. I haven’t had to use my call system yet but am very reassured if I do need to help will be speedily available

I am a Careline User from Fernhill Lodge,Farnborough and have been for a number of years. I find it a fantastic system, quick to respond friendly and extremely easy to use. A 24 hour lifesaver.

I guess that if I'd not got stressed, I could have helped myself. But stress of even a minor type can mess up your thinking. So, for me it started with one of the shopping bags giving way. I picked it all from the ground and popped it in the car boot all loose while I took the other bag into my apartment at Elmhirst Lodge. After putting the frozen stuff away, I went back to the car with the now empty shopping bag. But of course, you've all realised by now what I, under just a little frustration at this point, had forgotten to take with me. So back to the car I go and re-bag the remaining shopping but now I can't re-enter the building as I'd put the keys down in the apartment, and not picked them up again. Now frustration turns into mild panic. It's late enough that Lodge Manager has left for the day – blast! I know, easy! I'll simply ring one of my neighbours. But can I remember the number of anyone who won't be too concerned at this time of day? Normally I'd be able to list quite a number, but no – right now my brain has stopped working! So I press the Careline/Lodge Manager button and a lovely lady speedily takes in the situation and after a few security questions she remotely opens the door for me. Well done Careline Support.
