Excellent communication

The caregiver that I finally got is great. It took over a month to get a caregiver assigned! That is why I can't give 5 stars. I spent my first few weeks following a hospitalization without any help, and that was when I needed it most.

had a very positive experience with CareLinx while arranging companion care for my mom. The platform made it easier to connect with caregivers, and the overall process felt organized and supportive. One of the companion staff members who worked with my mom truly stood out. She was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate in the way she cared for her. From the beginning, she showed genuine empathy and treated my mom with dignity and respect.

What impressed our family the most was how professional and loving she was in her daily interactions. She always spoke gently, listened carefully, and made sure my mom felt comfortable and safe. My mom often talks about her with a smile and looks forward to seeing her, which means a lot to us as a family. People are great getting you up and running, but I find the app to be buggy AF and not clearly laid out. The best thing you can say is that when you finally call them (the chat AI sucks), they'll get things to work properly, but it's annoying to have to do that every other week.

The app is terrible and not user friendly. It took 3 weeks to get me set up to work 2 hours a week. My emails were not answered and it is very hard to get a human on the phone! I have constant problems with this app.

Each person I talked with, Monica and Kimberly, were very supportive and professional . Each step was explained clearly and they walked me through the process until I understood.
