Nous sommes vraiment désolés que la pompe se soit cassée ! Je vous assure que nous ne placerions jamais intentionnellement un produit endommagé dans un colis destiné à un client. J’ai enregistré l’envoi d’une nouvelle pompe pour vous, elle partira de Jokkmokk cette semaine. J’espÚre que vous serez satisfait de vos produits.

Well taken care of lost parcel

My parcel was lost by DHL and c/o Gerd immediately sent the order again. Very happy with the way this was handled so quickly by the friendly employees. And of course great products from beautiful Swedish Lapland! Will be ordering here again.
