3rd attempt by a dinosaur! Care Patrol help me navigate a stressful and emotional situation where I couldn't have felt more guilt in placing my husband in a facility for memory care. I'm still struggling with the reality that I can't take care of him. I couldn't have gotten through this without their assistance. h

I'm an Assisted Living homeowner and I have worked with Christa in the Phoenix location several times. I just want to share how hard she works at finding the best home for her clients. Christa always follows up after placement with us to make sure the patient is getting the best care possible. She goes the extra mile because she truly cares about her clients. She asks tough questions and is very knowledgeable about care needs. If you are looking for someone to help your loved one find the right home, you won't find anyone in the valley with better credentials and compassion than Christa!

We recently had to find a place for our dad after he was diagnosed with cancer. The CarePatrol team listened careful and chose places that made sense for our specific needs. Cassi showed us around, patiently explained things to us and basically held our hand throughout the whole process. CarePatrol was a Godsend for us. We are now looking for a place for our mom and CarePatrol is leading the path forward for us again. I have had the pleasure of receiving amazing help and advice from both Bonnie Elliot in Virginia and Wendy Tatlock in Massachusetts. It was Bonnie who referred me to Wendy since I was trying to find some help for a family member in MA.
Wendy provided expert and prompt advice in several areas regarding home care, Aging Life Care, and how to speak with my family members. She put me touch with other professionals who also provided their expertise. Thanks to Wendy, (and Bonnie for introducing us) I was able to provide my family with organizations and individuals that could help them. I am indebted to them for their kindness and highly recommend Care Patrol.

Cathy of CarePatrol of Northwest Ohio was a great help to our family at a time we needed it the most. She took care of scheduling appointments and helped us navigate a large number of choices. She attended tours, listened, and provided us support.

Care Patrol has become a trusted advisor as our family has worked to support mom and dad. They have provided the support, guidance and information that we've needed all thru this process. Mom and Dad are better situated with the help of Care Patrol advisors.

Care Patrol specifically Ron Braun was referred by a social worker at Amedisys. Both parents needed assisted living which I had been unsuccessful getting them to move from their home. The search for a place took 1.5 years. They signed contracts with a provider but refused to go. Ron visited with them then with me to provide the best options for them. He took them to visit his first choice option. It was a hit with them. He understood what they would need now and in the future. They agreed on the facility. Shortly after one of them fell and was hospitalized for three days. Ron visited and provided info to the assisted living company. He provided a nursing care company reference to assist until they could move into the facility.
An internet search will provide a lot of options for help in finding assisted living. I consulted many of them without discovering Care Patrol.
Care Patrol was the only company with a hands on approach and accurate evaluation of need to provide optimum recommendations.
If you have similar needs in the metropolitan KC area contact Care Patrol and Ron Braun.
If their other location staffs are available to you contact them. Perhaps they have people who meet the standards that Ron has.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Ellen Christian for all of her help and support finding my mother the best place for her care needs. Although we had a couple bumps in the road, Ellen never gave up. My mother has now been in an assisted living facility for a month now and she is receiving exceptional care. We could not have done this without Ellen and I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for not giving up your search to help us find the perfect place for our mother.

Pamela met with us with only a few hours notice after we realized we needed to get our mother the dignity and care QUICKLY she deserved after a tragic accident. We met at a coffee shop by the hospital to discuss options. Her relationships/connections with ALF's. Rehab facilities & Nursing homes helped us understand the options including the insurance piece. She was a guardian angel in a time of distress for us with our mother.

I can't praise Deana enough for the work she did to help my family when my mother, caregiver to my disabled amputee father unexpectedly fell ill last week and we needed respite care for him ASAP. She was quick, super-knowledgeable about the available facilities, asked a number of questions and found us an excellent solution and had us moving him in just 4 days later! She even set arrangements in motion to rent a specialized bed, which we needed but hadn't thought of. She was super-responsive and so very kind. We are overwhelmed with gratitude!

I can not say enough about Tammy Brewer with Care patrol Cobb/Cherokee. Tammy went above and beyond and made this difficult situation so much easier. She is knowledgeable, honest and caring. Tammy was a blessing to us and a true angel. I would highly recommend Tammy for your placement needs. She is truly amazing.

I am writing to commend Mel Gore for her kindness, willingness to help, her reliability and follow through. Excellent customer service is difficult to find these days and Mel has been a fine example of doing what she promises and offering a multiplicity of tesources/ideas to address the challenges I encounter. She's vivacious and an expert in her field!

Kristen is awesome! She really understood our needs and assisted us greatly with finding a facility for my father. Empathetic and professional.

Anthony is very knowledgeable and very attentive to the needs of the family. He located and we viewed 2 homes all in the same day. My mom is in hospice and since being placed in the care home, she is lovingly cared and in very good spirits.

What made our experience great with this company was their representative, Anthony Black. Anthony was a terrific individual who was invaluable with helping us find the best community for our mother. His demeaner is genuine and kind, and his compassion for the difficulty of the moment evident in all aspects of our interaction. He is available throughout the process by phone, text, and by accompanying us to each place he determines may be a good fit based on the information we shared with him. We can not recommend him highly enough for those individuals facing this difficult decision and are in need of an honest and knowledgeable person who genuinely has your best interest at heart. We are fortunate that Anthony was recommended to us. Thanks to him we believe we found the best living option for our mother.
