I used Care Safe Mobility on Saturday 3rd of February to bring me home from hospital after ankle surgery.
The driver was very good, carefully getting me secured on the stretcher bed. We had a good journey home, and he got me into my home and ensured I was ok before he left.
The only possible down side to using this
company is that there is no telephone contact number for use out of hours. My discharge was on a Saturday evening, and at one point there was a query as to what time, as my medication wasn't ready. Fortunately, the ward were able to make up the shortfall, but if not, I would have had no means of contacting the ambulance driver, or the office to make them aware.
I point that out as an observation rather than a complaint.

Booking was easy - over the phone. Paid by bank transfer (there’s an extra charge for debit/credit card payments). Private ambulance arrived on time and staff were friendly, caring and professional. Journey was comfortable. Although hiring is an expensive outlay with any company, we felt that they exceeded our expectations.

Moved my mum on the Saturday before Xmas...when life hits you just have to deal with it...

From when I first got through to Care Safe Mobility on the phone they were pleasant and helpful. They called back when they said they would. Especially as it was the Friday before Xmas, I was impressed at how calmly they handled everything, patient with me and answered all my questions.
They asked me several questions to ensure that they came with the right equipment, staff and ambulance. Really put me at ease.

The ambulance turned up when they said it would and they calmed my nerves before hand (I was nervous as it was the Saturday before Xmas, so much going on and traffic can be horrendous).

The two guys in the ambulance were lovely and so caring and gentle with mum. They took her downstairs on the chair, into the ambulance and then up the stairs at my place and put her where we had asked.

First time I have used a private ambulance service and I was nervous, right through to them arriving.

I would have no hesitation in using Care Safe Mobility again and they will be my go to private ambulance service. I would and have recommended them.
They are a top class outfit as far as I am concerned.

I needed to be transported from London to Leigh-on-Sea following an ankle operation and Care Safe were fantastic from start to finish.
They made things easy with the initial enquiry, clearly explaining evertyhing.
They picked me up around 8:30 pm and the journey home was made easy as both members of staff were extremely polite & professional.
They assisted me into my home, ensuring I was safe and sound.
I will be recommending Care Safe Mobility to my physio, should others need a reliable and professional service.

The ambulance arrived on time. The crew were polite and professional. They assisted my husband into the wheelchair making sure he was safe at all times. They then helped at the destination and made sure nothing else was required before they left. I would definitely recommend them and use them again

I am writing this from the perspective of an ex staff member.
On the whole, it appears a very good provider. However, having vehicles that had oxygen and NO staff trained in the administration of oxygen was a concern.
Staff had no clue as to the role of patient transport. No uniform, so expected to wear jeans and for an "ambulance" vehicle I felt this was unprofessional. On one occasion a patient was required to attend an A+E after an appointment due to concerns.
The look we got standing in a and e with patient on stretcher and the paramedic on the booking desk asked us "why do you look such a state. Do you not have a uniform".

Taking money off of staff for things such as "mileage" if patients forgot things in the ambulance.

Luckily everything I have stated on here I have proof of hence it is factual.

On one occasion, one female member of the staff (who is meant to book Jobs and as any controller would, work put a time the staff member needs to be at work). I got blamed for coming in my normal time and the patient was late to appointment.

When I had left a few months back, not ONE staff member had any accredited training certificate. No manual handling course, no carry chair course, no stretcher manual handling course.
Invest in proper training and your staff will propel you to great heights in terms of reputation and work.

Guys - having working for some of the BEST ambulance providers, I can assure you that not ONE of them charges extra money for using equipment such as a wheelchair or a carry chair. Financial Parasites.

Tried to help, didn't listen. Now being listened to on a massive scale at new role.
This post isn't to be horrible or nasty but I cannot stand the way you was treating the young man who worked in the office. Bollocking him for even drinking in the vehicles, he's a human being.

When I resigned, I got told by neha - "you didn't ask for permission to leave us".
I have all the email correspondence saved. Disgusting company and run like a slave house.
The driver at the moment is an absolute gem and he's brilliant. He deserves better.

They were on time and very pleasant and patient.

From the beginning with the booking the young man was very helpful and considerate, the transport was excellent all straight forward arrived in plenty of time I would absolutely recommend it it is quite expensive however with the service we received you can see where the money is spent , but was peace of mind that we wasn’t going to get let down , we have booked again in two weeks time .
