Dreadful. It says on the website 100% refund but doesn’t say you have to return to china at customer cost. Trying to get any sort of a refund has not tame. Over 6 weeks. Still waiting. Quality of dress is VERY poor. Dreadful customer service. Don’t bother purchasing. Absolute waste of money.

I would advise against this company. I have shipped 2 dresses back to China (even though their registered address is Netherlands and have heard nothing back for weeks! It cost around £40 to return 2 dresses costing £80 each as they said it needed to be tracked! I have sent emails, texts, tried the phone number on the website but this just rings off.
The dresses arrived completely different colour to how they were advertised.
The company were very quick to respond to emails when I was interested in making a purchase, but now are refusing to communicate it seems. Very disappointing to think I've lost around £200 including the returns cost!
Wish I had taken the time to read the many negative reviews before purchasing anything!

Do not buy from this company. Order was cancelled within 5 minutes of placing but a refund has still not been issued 4 weeks later. Trading standards need to shut the site down.

Beter nog een score 0. Stink hier niet in. Pure oplichterij. Retourneren bestaat en en is grootste onzin. Dat kost ook nog extra geld dat je nooit terug krijgt. Sterker nog na een omzwerving over wereld kwam vandaag mijn pakketje retor terug. Het adres in China bestaat niet. Ik neem mijn verlies. Bestel nooit iets zomaar. Altijd check op betrouwbaarheid.

Very bad trust to this company .
The company placed photo with a good quality "winter boots" but had sent very poor quality shoes.

When I'd sent them a claim they asked me to pay for return, I refused to pay additional money for return this very poor quality item and asked to send me a label for free delivery , then the didn't answer at all .
The delivery term was very long as well
After investigated this company "Carro Moda UK" , I made the conclusion - it's a fake company cheating on people , sending customers very poor quality goods . They announced themselves as based in Sweden but money were transferred to Hong Kong to "Carlamoda "

Crap clothing on what appears to be a lovely site

Tried to cancel order upon placing and realising the length of time for delivery, they said I was out of cancellation period, I wasn't.

They pose as a UK based company but goods come from China.

Once goods turned up, I opened the parcel to find an item that was damaged and looked nothing like advertised, quality of material extremly poor and different colour.

I tried to return as didnt want anyway, sent numerous e-mails and waited lengthy times for reponses, they also kept sending my e-mail back to me without responding??

They kept trying to get me to except a replacement or order something else at a discounted price instead of returning.

Eventually received a refund but took a lot of time and effort.

Will never buy from again !

We ordered with caromoda.co (pretends to be Swedish, telephone no. is unobtainable) which is in fact Carlamoda.co - actually located in Hong Kong. Will anything arrive? Ever? They don't respond to emails.

Just received my order and couldn’t be any more disappointed. Cheap looking poor quality blouse which cost £35 so have just requested a refund then come here to check reviews. Should have checked first 😟

Een moment van even niet opletten met bestellen bij een voor mij nieuwe site. Site ziet er netjes uit, bestellen ging vlot. Krijg netjes mailtjes ect. Ik had alleen even de reviews moeten lezen en goed lezen hoe het zit met het eventueel retourneren. Als ik dat had gedaan had ik er niet besteld. Reviews zijn (terecht) slecht, retourneren moet naar een adres in China op eigen kosten en risico. Product wat ik besteld had voldeed niet aan de verwachting, staat op andere sites voor 1/3 van de prijs met dezelfde foto's te koop. Na ontvangst aangegeven, via de mail, dat ik het product wil retourneren en mijn geld terug wil. Lang verhaal kort op de mailtjes wordt gereageerd kon in eerste instantie 15% retour krijgen en dan het product mogen houden of het product op eigen kosten en risico terugsturen. Kreeg een adres in China. Na wat over en weer gemaild te hebben ben ik akkoord gegaan met 30% retourbetaling en het product hoef ik niet terug te sturen. Dit geld stond ook snel op mijn rekening. Ik ben hiermee akkoord gegaan daar het opsturen mij te veel gaat kosten en ik heb dan nog geen zekerheid dat ik mijn geld 100% retour krijg. Derhalve neem ik mijn verlies en hoop ik met deze review andere mensen te waarschuwen.

Ze zijn oplichter, product niet ontvangen en zijn ze telefonisch niet bereikbaar, ze reageren ook niet op je mail,niet bestellen bij die website, jou geld is weg,politie moet iets doen dat kan niet ,dat is geld stelen van mensen

Ordered what I thought were breathable leather shoes. Thought they were genuine as they were not cheap to buy. When they arrived they were squeaky, cheap plastic and stunk of strong adhesive! Very similar to some I bought off Amazon a while back but they were only £6 and I knew what to expect for my money. I wanted to send back after complaining via e-mail. Cost to send back £25 as return is in China! Took screenshots of my order and will report for false advertising to warn others.

This is a scam do not buy anything , ordered a shirt it Nether arrived, I should have looked at TrustPilot before buying , after reading other buyers reviews I understand

Ik bestelde op 6 januari 2 herenshirts bij dit bedrijf en betaalde via creditcard. Vandaag 28 jan 2025 geen shirts, wel afschrijving van 35 euro. Contact via mail geprobeerd. Krijg reactie dat mail niet kan worden bezorgd omdat mijn mail mogelijk een virus bevat.... Mijn conclusie: oplichters van het ergste soort!!

DO NOT BUY FROM CARLA MODA. Goods took ages to arrive then when I requested a refund they took weeks to reply and offered a voucher. When I declined the offer they said it was outside the 30 days so I couldn't have a refund. Now they won't reply to any emails

Ik heb van dit bedrijf sneakers ontvangen maat 38. Dit zijn echt kinderschoenen van maat 36. Het werd pas 19 dagen na de bestelling bezorgd en kwam uit Vietnam. Veel te klein en te smal. Heb al 4 mails gestuurt voor een ruil etiket, maar dat wordt gewoon geweigerd volgens Microsoft.
Echt een waarschuwing om hier niet te kopen.
Heb contact met NietBezorgd opgenomen. Die zegt dat ze verplicht zijn een retourticket te sturen omdat het bedrijf in Nederland geregistreerd zijn.
Het contact mailadres reageert op geen enkele mail. Dus verspild geld.

Absolutely useless, needed a return they asked if wanted half price voucher but don't send back , I said no twice I E mailed now nothing more from them , don't bother with this site

Website says delivery 4 to 7 working days. Ordered on 13th Dec delivery 6th January. Item is nothing like the picture. Cheap quality. Have contacted the company for a refund no reply. Never use this company

Have you read their T & C’s? They actually tell you that they accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for anything you buy on their website!!!!! Does this mean that they can evade their criminal responsibility for FRAUD - because they have warned you before hand? Can a murder avoid theirs if they tell you first that they are going to kill you? DO NOT TRUST OR DEAL WITH THIS WEBSITE. You will be totally RIPPED OFF and sorry you did!

Helaas hier ook erin getrapt een broek besteld voor 60€ dat ding leek niks in de buurt van de foto op de website. Broek teruggestuurd zij reageren niet op mails niks en ik heb mn geld ook niet terug. Ik ga overal berichten achter laten begrijp niet waarom ze niet die website van se lucht halen.
