Carlton blinds have been amazing from start to finish
Both guys turned up on time from measuring to fitting the service was excellent did great job would defiantly recommend the company to anyone
Also lady in office was great Thankyou

Just had blinds and made to measure curtains fitted, very professional fitter polite and very keen to do job to a high standard.
Would recommend this company highly and definitely will be going back when we intend to have more windows done,

Had our local company Carlton Blinds to fit some more blinds in one of our buildings and as usual, found them to have provided excellent service with quality blinds at a really good price. They are reliable, friendly, well priced and basically, excellent all round! Love them!!

Managing director Kevan was rude and made me feel threatened in my own home whilst with my 2 yr old son alone.
From the start.
I went into Carlton blinds and asked if they could get a certain material, to which they advised yes, came out twice to measure due to change of blinds within other areas of the house, so as I was happy with costs and what we had chosen we then decided to proceed, Also happy to wait but date given to then be told it’s pushed back, so fine happy to wait again, to then be pushed back again, which I think happened 3 times at which this point is starting to get frustrating, as already paid upfront for half the costs which wasn’t cheap, so advised ok let’s just get on with actually getting the blinds fitted that you do have, this is now 2 months down the line from when we paid the deposit, so date booked came out to install what they did have in stock to be advised on the day that they hadn’t got enough material for blinds slats to what was ordered, by this point I was angry and frustrated, offered me a different colour to which I refused, told them they needed to sort it, due to removing all my old blinds. The managing director told me my expectations were too high ! Really to be honest maybe I did have high expectations of Carlton blinds which they let me down, i wasn’t just having one blind from them it was basically the whole house on order so wasn’t cheap. Waited months for a complete let down. Also the install the installer left my kitchen sink covered in dust from drilling and used my Dyson to try and vacuum. KEVAN (DIRECTOR) IS A BULLY AND TO THREATEN ME WHILST ALONE IN MY OWN HOUSE WITH A TWO YEAR OLD IS DISGUSTING. AVOID BECAUSE AS SOON AS THEY DO SOMETHING WRONG THEY WILL NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP OF IT.

We had some shutters fitted recently and we are over the moon with them. The communication from staff was excellent. The fitters Dan and Andrew were very professional and efficient. I’m so pleased with the blinds and would definitely recommend them.

Third time we have used Carlton Blinds and they have always provided an excellent service. Very happy with the fit and quality of the blinds. Staff are really helpful, friendly and professional.

I want to say a big thank you and well done to everyone at Carlton Blinds.
I went to the showroom to see what they had to offer me and I chose wooden 50mm Venetian blinds with a matt white finish.
I needed 11 blinds in total for the lounge bay window downstairs and the front bedrooms upstairs.
Alex came and measured up the windows, and 2 weeks later Mark came and fitted the blinds. He took great care with drilling the fixings and fitting the pelmets, making sure everything was perfect!
I love how the blinds have changed the appearance of the rooms making them smart and modern looking from both the outside as well as the inside.

Terrible service 😑 very disappointed yes have to a waiting period for wood ect benorederd to make blinds only waiting period off actual fitting od mid Oct o paid cash upfront nearly £500 back Sept 7th reception stated shed called my moblie in which she stated couldn't get me yet we live in Yr 24 centery all android phones record abouslty everything no she not contacted me... n mot bothered to chase ip either.. very poor service quick to take money's slow service. Yet never had problems on past. On speaking today eith receptionist whom has a stinking aditide. Still not as yet confirmed date day off actual fitting off wooden blinds. Sad service...

Recent purchase of six vertical blinds. Carlton blinds were recommended to us by a friend and we have no hesitation in recommending them. Professional service throughout and blinds were made and fitted within a week. Price was very competitive as well

Since moving house three years ago Carlton Blinds have visited us several times, providing excellent products in different rooms. After an extension was completed recently we arranged for them to furnish our new room with blinds again. The company is such a friendly business to deal with and at a very reasonable price. The staff have massive product knowledge and know what can be done within their area of business. They have helped us through a prolonged period of material selection, giving guidance and making selections throughout.
Today, Dan has visited us and fitted 6 blinds, two of which are remote controlled. The end product is absolutely fantastic. We are so pleased with it all and this company is such a delight to deal with, particularly, if like us, we really needed a steer on our material selection and blind type. Thank you everyone at Carlton Blinds for your first class service.

Great experience all round of using Carlton Blinds, purchased blinds 5 years ago when we first moved in and recently returned for a replacement.

Had the most amazing service again, so friendly, really helpful and replacement purchased same day - fitting arranged, they couldn't have made the process any easier if they tried. I have and will continue to recommend this company again and again.

This is the third time we have used Carlton Blinds (Redditch) and once again we are delighted with the whole package. The staff in the office were are a pleasure to deal with. The expert who did all the measuring was so helpful and suggested a solution to a problem we foresaw. The fitter did a brilliant job and even had a small dust pan and brush to clear up any dust from the drilling. We have already recommended Carlton to friends. thank you for a very professional job.

Carlton blinds representative arrived at our home and was very professional.
He took all the measurements and discussed all the options available to us, allowing us to make an informed choice of blinds.
We would definately use Carlton Blinds again in the future.

Fixing our broken conservatory blinds.
Many thanks to local WhatsApp group for the suggestion. Carlton Blinds in Redditch were superb. I telephoned yesterday and Dan came this morning and sorted our problem. He wasn’t familiar with our particular blinds but worked out a solution and left us really happy. Thomas Sanderson, who supplied and fitted the blinds six years ago for over £7k told us the warranty was only for five years and couldn’t even put us in touch with a fitter, even if we were prepared to pay for one. Hillary’s wouldn’t touch it as they’d not supplied it and the same was true of other suppliers we’d tried!
Needless to say, next time we need Blinds or Curtains we’ll be straight back to Carlton in Redditch. No more falling for the big names and mass suppliers - we’ll stick with local family run businesses that care and give a true service.

Excellent service yet again from Carlton Blinds. Love new vertical blinds in conservatory.

I have used this company before and had a problem then,but thought I would try them again salesman came out to measure etc I asked if the blinds would fit ok in the bedroom under the pelmet he said they would when the fitter came & fitted them they would not open fully because of the pelmet! He had to lower the rail so that they would open fully which then put them on top of the radiator just what I didn’t want. He went on to fit the ones in the bathroom and en-suite which came out to far away from the window looking ridiculous,i rang the company and was told there was nothing they could do and spoke as if they were expecting me to call,i have bought some shorter brackets and done the job myself! The quality of the blinds is very poor i wish I hadn’t decided to try this company again twice is definitely to many..

This is the second time I have used Carlton blinds and I am over the moon with the service and the quality of the products I ordered. They have just fitted some custom roman blinds and they are fantastic. Such beautiful quality and expertly made. From the initial quotation visit to the lovely gentlemen that fitted the finished product the service has been 5*. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Flawless customer service. A very happy bunny. Thank you to all at Carlton blinds. I'm now thinking where else in my home I can jazz up.

It is with much regret I have to wfythis negative response as I have used this company for many years but I recently placed an order and the company needed to cancel the date to measure my blinds but was not an issue then on the day they were due to come I had a phone call from whom I believe was the owner a hour before they were due to come asking for a cancellation again for the end of the week when I stated I was not happy with this as it had been cancelled before he abruptly denied this and went on to say most rudely ok we will cancel your order completely such a shame to be spoken to in this manner but at the end of the day I am a customer and I am his bread and butter I shall not be using them again as other members of staff are lovely well done Kevin for giving your company such a poor review
