Brilliant Service by Top Company
Redditch Local Museum is a Charity relying on local support. Took a chance, loved the friendly helpful staff and gave them the order. had no idea they were so good. Fast professional service, turned up on time did a perfect job with much more than just a smile. Donated the blinds to us without asking. We would recommend Carltonblinds without any qualms.So Grateful they have been to measure up at home. Top company, Top service, Top Job.

Lovely company to deal with. Sales person not pushy and gave me the best options to suit my needs. Mark (who fitted the blinds) was friendly, chatty and completed the job quickly. He even cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Genuinely Customer Focused...
There are not many companies around nowadays that have a genuine customer focused approach to sales and customer service, however I found one👍.
I popped into Carlton Blinds and was welcomed by friendly staff who helped me out with my problem blinds.
Within a short space of time one of the fitters, Mark popped round to fit some blinds, what a true professional, not only good at his job but clean, tidy, friendly and above all enjoyed his job..
I was highly impressed with the complete package from them, considering we had been to other blind companies previously... Say no more...
I would definitely recommend Carlton blinds to friends and family as (I later found out) they are a family run company that pride themselves on customer satisfaction, and it shows.
Thanks all from a very satisfied customer 😊

Fantastic company
I have had Carlton several times over a number of years and cannot speak highly enough of this company. From booking the appointment to putting up blinds and curtains they give first class, efficient and friendly service.Good value too. Will be using them again soon.

Excellent service as usual.
We have used Carlton Blinds for both our old house and our new retirement flat.
We wanted a new blind put up in the bedroom, contacted them and received the same excellent service with a top quality product at a reasonable price.
Have recommended Carlton Blinds to all of our friends and neighbours and would not hesitate to do so again.

Happy to recommend.
Very pleased with wooden slat Venetian blind fitted yesterday. Whole process from advice and quotation stage to final fitting excellent. All covid safe, carpet covered and Dan wore overshoes. No mess, just a little dust that was swept up and taken away together with all packaging.
Definitely recommended.

Carlton Blinds are fantastic , had a problem with 2 blinds in conservatory , they offered to come to house to sort out , I took took to shop & they sorted it without any question & without delay . can not thank them enough . Not many companies like this anymore

Could not fault. Brilliant.
Dan arrived 2.5 hours early but it was fine. He took down 2 existing tracks because he was early so we had not yet done. No mess. Cleared up after himself. Would not know he had been in the property. 3 bedroom flat (8 blinds in total) all done within an hour. Looks awesome. Friendly, professional service, excellent price and quality, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service. Had the whole house fitted with electric blinds great quality. Brilliant aftercare, friendly, efficient made no mess would absolutely recommend!
