This car has been back in your garage at least five times since April ð¡!
The amount of issues weâve had on this car and we only got it in April is absolutelyï¿Œ disgusting.
The previous owner of this car is a lady I used to work with who reached out to me after the last post ￌ, she sold this car ￌ to Car Motion ￌ just before we purchased it ￌ and it was in engine failure, and it had a long list of issues .ￌ which Car Motion said that theyￌ fixed after I have raised this with them ￌ.
Well, tell me now why this car will not even move off of the street now ï¿Œ? After already spending a lot of money to get it fixed just before Christmas at our trusted garage, because we did NOT want to go back to this absolutely cowboy either garrage ï¿Œ it has gone a week later ï¿Œ with a different problem , ï¿Œthe turbo has completely gone and the car is smoking so bad it almost set on fire ï¿Œð¡ our trusted garrage has advised us it will cost £1500 to fix the turbo and he doesnât honestly think the car will still be okay after that ï¿Œ. He was very honest, and said it will cost even more than the car is worth to fix it. ￌￌ ï¿Œ
Now this car is on finance ï¿Œand this is the first time we have ever done anything like this .
so we contacted the finance company who has ￌ said they will investigate, BUT it can take a few months for them to investigate ￌ and we still have to pay our car finance for a car that does not
Workð¡ .ï¿Œ our other option is the finance company will cut our finance to £3000, which means we will have a £3000 debt and a car that doesnât work ï¿Œ but they said we can do a payment plan to pay this car off .
After Car Motion, saying that they will not do anything about this , despite them clearly selling us a faulty car . We have told them that they are in breach of the sales of goods act, but they do not care they are simply Cowboys who have spoken to myself like absolute crap .
ￌￌￌWe have given them plenty of options and plenty of time to resolve this issue, but yet they still have not .
We are regular kindhearted who rely on this car for work ￌ.
As you can clearly see in the video is this car is absolutelyￌ fu**ed
We will be taking you to small claims court. If you do not fix this, you seem not to want to help us ￌat all as we have been emailed back and forth for weeks and after the last time you spoke to me, I do not want to speak to you over the phone ￌ because I was absolutely degraded, and spoke to you like a piece of s**t
We paid a lot of money for this car we were so excited ￌ in April .
So we say to you Car Motion as we have said in our emails give us the £3,334.55 that our finance company want backￌ and take your piece of s**t back ! All we want is this to be over this is causing us so much stress and so much time that I just do not have!
You are absolutely disgusting and I will be telling everybody to never go near you ￌ.
ï¿Œ if this issue ï¿Œ itâs not resolved by the end of the week, we will be taking you to small claims court . ï¿Œ we have I got advice ï¿Œ from so many people, including other garages mechanics, and many others who said we are well within our rights to take you to the cleaners ï¿Œ and you know what I will ï¿Œ.

BMW X2 brilliant
Bought a second hand bmw X2 from car motion and dealt with a lovely employee called Brook. Brook was amazing from the get go, filled me with confidence and helped me through the process with a very high work ethic but also a very nice down to earth lad. The rest of the car motion lads were all lovely welcoming my kids into the show room.
Would most definitely return to car motion in the future.

Brilliant sales staff who let you browse at your own leasure and nothing is to much trouble for them. Trade in was not good and it never is I've bought multiple cars over the years becouse there good quality although they dont come with a service so be prepared to shell out as soon as you pick up your car.
