Bought my second car from Ca Motion
Bought my second car from Car Motion, never had an issue until now. When I test drove the car, we noticed a paint mark issue on the door behind the driver, made the sales rep aware and was told it would get sorted. The viewing was on Saturday 9th Sept. I was told depending on what was underneath the mark, it may delay me getting the car by a day or two which was fine and I was told I would get a phone call on the Monday to let me know if it would be Wednesday or Saturday pick up. This didnât happen, I had to phone to chase, got told I would get an update on the Tuesday morning, again never happened so I called again. Got a call back to say the car would be ready for the Wednesday. When I arrived on the Wednesday, I was shown the mark had just been buffed off not re painted, it was still there just not as obvious. The sales rep said this was so it didnât delay my pick up, however I made it clear that I wanted it sorting, the delay wasnât a problem. When I got it home, I noticed a chip on the windscreen and the car was making a clicking noise whilst stationary. I emailed Car Motion asking to sort both these issues as well as sort the paint issue out as it came with 4 weeks warranty. I was told they would get back to me with dates to get this done. It has now been a week on nearly and I have yet to hear from them. I appreciate this is a second hand car but when you are paying a significant amount of money for something, you want it to be near enough perfect.
