Je suis contente de mon achat ^^

Pessimo. Ho ordinato 6 piantine dal loro shop. Il pacco è stato rimbalzato (rimandato al mittente) per 3 volte dal corriere a causa di qualche errore in fase di spedizione; con l'ovvio risultato che, dopo 20 giorni (e passa) di trasporto, le piantine non sono arrivate in buone condizioni. Ho provato a farle riprendere, ma senza risultato. Ad ora delle 6 ordinate, 2 sono totalmente seccate, 1 è quasi completamente secca. Un disastro.

Ho chiesto al commerciante di inviare nuovamente l'ordine per intero, vista la situazione; ma la richiesta è stata negata. Mi è stato offerto un rimborso parziale, che mi sá tanto di "accontentati e sta' zitto"; ma purtroppo non funziona così. Preferisco scrivere una recensione "libera e senza influenze" che farmi tappare la bocca da un rimborso parziale.

Il venditore avrebbe potuto rifarsela sul corriere; invece a quanto pare ha preferito "rifarsela" sul cliente, evidentemente è stato più semplice così.

Evitate come la peste. Peccato, ne sono rimasto davvero molto molto deluso.

Les 7 plantes étaient dans un très bon état.
Après rempotage (pots de 8 cm) avec le terreau spécial elles se sont développées sans problème.
De l'eau déminéralisée et du soleil sont nécessaires à une bonne croissance. Achat 01 mai 2024

I have been wanting to buy some carnivorous plants for a long while now, mostly as environmentally friendly pest-control, but also for the love of the plants themselves. Coming upon Carnivory I was excited to find their large selection of plants but was a little wary of the international delivery. I need not have been! The plants arrived healthy (if a little tousled) directly to my door within just a few days, and are now happily recuperating on the windowsill after the journey.

I bought three Droseras. The one with longer leaves was a bit more battered than the others from the journey, and so I imagine larger plants may be a bit more sensitive to the transport. Still, plants grow and recover! In the future I hope to buy some pitcher plants, and will happily be a returning customer.

Received a lovely hand-written note in the parcel, as well as thorough instructions for care. Also, frequent updates on the status of my order, and when I asked about home delivery before ordering, a swift and kind reply from customer service. Couldn't be happier with my experience!

Ware bestellt. Sendungsverfolgung erhalten. Und das wars. Kein Versand seit 3 Tagen. Keine Ahnung wie die ganzen guten Bewertungen zustande kommen. Auf Mails etc wird auch nicht geantwortet

J'ai pris 2 nepenthes qui sont arrivées un peu écrasées mais en bon état général et sont repartis sans soucis. Les plantes sont grandes et le prix est attractif. Peut être un peu un manque de choix sur les nepenthes, il y a malgré tout toutes sortes de carnivores
