Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas mettre 0 étoile… j’ai passé une commande a plus de 240€ pour me faire un cadeau d’anniversaire en Novembre 2024, je n’ai jamais recu les 3 articles que j’avais commandé, et pourtant j’ai bien été débitée. J’ai relancé plusieurs fois, sur leur tel, par mail, sur le chat du site (quand il y avait encore le chat) et rien du tout. Aucun remboursement, j’ai claqué 240€ en l’air be suis dégoûtée.

J’ai fait une commande le 12 août 2025, Caroline Trousse a bien débitée ma commande mais toujours pas de livraison, relance par téléphone sur sa messagerie à plusieurs reprises (aujourd’hui saturée), par plusieurs mails et plus d’accès sur le site.

Horrible avoid at all costs! Sells on eBay as well under magicalfrenchie! Takes your money sends fake tracking numbers and you will never receive your item! Look at their negative ebay reviews!! They tell it all!

Je suis désolée de laisser un avis aussi négatif mais aucun autre moyen de contacter l entreprise.
J ai commandé une tasse starbucks sur leur site le 17 août. Paiement accepté et débité de suite cependant aucun mail de confirmation de commande.
J attends plusieurs jours:toujours aucun mail.
Sur leur site :2 moyens de les contacter :par le 06(toujours le même message disant que toutes les équipes sont occupées:X messages sans réponse)ou par Chat et là aucune réponse à mes messages .
Sur le site,il y a un onglet :historique des commandes et suivi.
La encore ,aucune possibilité d aller sur l onglet suivi de commande...
Le délai sur la "foire aux questions "parle de 30 jours de possibilité de délai mais encore faudrait il que je sois certaine de recevoir ce colis comme la prise de commande n a été actée par aucun mail.
Je ne sais même pas si j ai une possibilité de remboursement puisqu on ne peut pas ouvrir l onglet retour ou annulation..
Bref:j espère qu en recevant cet avis ,ma demande de renseignement de délai va aboutir car ce n est vraiment pas pro de leur part.

Pas d'envoi des articles commandés et payés. Téléphone systématiquement sur répondeur et aucune réponse aux messages.

Avoid at all costs! Placed an order and didnt receive my item or an answer to my email as to where my item was. Luckily, I was able to claim back my money via a chargeback to my credit card. How this company is still allowed to trade is beyond me!

N'envoie pas les commandes et ne rembourse pas. Ne répond pas non plus au message . une plainte va être déposée.

If you think about it, it is kind of a dirty buisiness anyway. Someone is buying massive numbers of stuff from the Disney parks using her Disneyland Pass discount to sell them overpriced (~ 40% added to the non-discounted price in the parks) online to others. It 1. prevents regular visitors to buy these products as stocks vanishes and 2. you get kind of scammed because you are paying a way more than you should. Caromagicalstore.com brings it to a even higher level as they simply do not ship your order... ever. It is not possible to reach out. They do not pick up at the phone, neither do they react on the messages you can send trough their webiste. They do not admit you to their private pages on Instagram or Facebook. So they take your money (the overpriced articles and the expedition costs) and that is it. You may have more enjoyment by simply burning your bank notes. Do not buy anything there. It is a huge scam!

It has been nearly a year since I paid for my Disney clock, I am being ignored on the website, with no one replying to my emails. I have tried reaching them through the Facebook page and no luck.. please stay away from this site. I can not even ask for a refund as no one contacts me even though they have my email address.

J'ai passé une commande d'une valeur de 140 € le 23 décembre que je viens à peine de recevoir parce-que je ne les ai pas lâché et les ai menacé de porter plainte contre eux pour vol car j'ai effectué le virement le jour même et une fois encaissé ils faisaient les morts. Aucune réponse à mes mails ni à mes appels, d'ailleurs on tombe sur la messagerie systématiquement, ils disent même qu'il y a un chat sur le site alors qu'il n'y en a pas. A fuir au plus vite, en plus ils pratiquent des prix exorbitant. Si certaines personnes attendent des commandes je ne peux que vous recommander d'agir comme je l'ai fait. En tout cas une chose est sûr, je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux.

Sadly I’ve had the same experience as everybody else here. Paid for an item. No contact after. It’s been months. I’m in the middle of trying to get my cash back from the website I paid it. No contact. And it’s very sneaky that you’re not able to email the website directly so you have a trail of attempts of resolution. It’s an instant messenger only with no receipt of proof you have tried to contact them. I’m hoping they see this review and at least attempt to contact me to try and get this sorted. I only used this website because my wife had a positive experience.

Commande effectuée il y a 2 semaines et aucune nouvelle depuis : pas de mail de confirmation de commande, pas de suivi de colis, pas de réponse à mes mails demandant des explications !! Mais argent bien pris le jour même de la commande !!
J'ai ouvert un dossier de contentieux auprès de Paypal (heureusement que j’ai payé avec) et attends d’être remboursée, je l’espère…
Sans compter qu’il s’agissait d’un cadeau de Noël que je n’ai pas pas…
Écœurant.

ARNAQUE, sur la carte bleu, ils ont prélevez 80e en plus de mon achat, que bien sur je n'ai tjr pas recu... NE SURTOUT RIEN COMMANDER CHEZ EUX.

I doubt this review will make it online but regardless I shall tell the truth!
I pre ordered an item that was being released early August. I contact them to confirm that they had secured my items as they were limited edition so that I knew I could relax about trying to find them somewhere else. I was assured multiple times that they had my items and were just waiting for packaging to send them. I chased for over a month and she told me they were shipped and marked so on my account. She never added any shipping details to prove postage. I chased multiple multiple times and she simply kept making excuses that she would send me my tracking later. Eventually after speaking to other people in the same situation I had to do a charge back on my card to get my money refunded.
She is a liar and is scamming people to keep their money rather than be honest and tell people she failed to collect the item. She hasn't either bothered to reach out to me since to try and explain what happened etc.
Do not use this lady there are far better personal shoppers out there that won't let you down

Ordered an item on 17/3/24 with an estimated wait time of 6-8 weeks. Messaged after this time to enquire on the status of my order to be told that it is an estimated 8-12 weeks wait time. I was assured a that time that I would get a refund if I did not want to wait. Seven months passed and I enquired via their website and Facebook messages stating that I would like a full refund with these messages being ignored I am hoping my card issuer can retrieve the £180 I paid. Too be honest shocking service by this company, I appreciate that they are busy but the lack of communication is worrying. I am now looking into taking legal action

Judging from the other reviews on her site, I should have known. She is scamming people & taking our money & not sending out items. I ordered an item from her in March of 2024 & she keeps giving me runarounds on what is going on with it. She is a fraudster. She has a Facebook page as well so please stay away. She should be shut down for scamming people.terrible person.

I ordered in July for a preorder item from 9th of august, 2 weeks after the 9th, I just got answers when asking about the status and the owner told me multiple times it will be shipped within the next 2 days. Nothing happened.
