Fantastic experience!
I completed a 5-session course focused on preparing for a presentation to an audience of over 500 people. The guidance I received was very valuable - productive, kind, highly observant. I got practical advice on body language, structure, and delivery, which made a real difference. Highly recommended!

Working with Caro over ten sessions has been a fantastic experience. I came with the goal of improving my communication and walked out with stronger self-awareness, physical presence, vocal power, and a full toolbox on structuring stories and resonating with an others.
The sessions were very personal and tailored to where I was in my journey and where I wanted to go.
Long story short - I can't recommend the 1:1 coaching with Caro enough if you value to be seen, supported, and challenged in completely new ways!

Carolin is an exceptional public speaking coach, and from the very first moment she makes you feel genuinely comfortable.

Her approach is deeply personal—she meets you exactly where you are as a speaker, explains everything in a clear and very practical way, and at the same time gently encourages you to step beyond your comfort zone and dare to speak. I had the opportunity to work a couple of times with Carolin and both times it has been a great experience. What works really well is the focus on the elements that are missing or should be added to make your message truly impactful. My personal experience was that with time the sessions went smoother and with emphasis on improving but also tailored to my personality traits. All in all, I felt the difference on my communication delivery and discovered many improvement aspect that helped me to feel (and be) more confident and competent.

I spent five hours working with Carolin in spring 2025, and the coaching felt relevant from the very first session. Together we built a program tailored specifically to what I wanted to develop. The sessions helped me become more confident with impromptu speaking through practical, well‑paced exercises, and I noticed a real shift in my leadership presence under pressure. Carolin created a supportive space and offered feedback that was thoughtful, clear and genuinely helpful. It was an insightful experience that I could immediately apply in my day‑to‑day work.

She lead the group through a workshop and we all ended up leaving with confidence and growing our own set of powerful dragon wings. Carolin is an exceptional coach and teacher who made a difference for me. I took many valuable learnings and practical techniques that I continue to apply every day.

I had five speaking and presentation coaching sessions with Carolin, and they were incredibly insightful and confidence-building. Each session was very practical and thoughtful, and I came away with tools that I could immediately apply.

We explored the fundamentals of strong communication, everything from posture and breathing to how you physically hold yourself in a room. Carolin helped me understand how small adjustments in how you stand, pause or use your voice can completely change how a message is received. We also spent time analysing different speaking styles and what makes certain speakers engaging, which helped me think more intentionally about my own presence and delivery.

One aspect I particularly appreciated was how we discussed the nuances of presenting as a woman, and how expectations and dynamics in professional settings can differ. Carolin offered really useful perspectives on how to adapt to different audiences while still remaining authentic to your own style.

Overall, the sessions were thoughtful, practical and very empowering. I left feeling much more aware of how I communicate and far more confident in my ability to present and speak in professional settings. I would highly recommend Carolin to anyone looking to build confidence in themselves and become a stronger, more intentional communicator.

I set a personal a goal to be more on stage and in the spotlights to share my vision and ideas on future thinking and design with a broader audience. By being vocal about my goal I got invited to speak on several conferences (which I never did before). Getting the support and help from Caro has changed everything, in a few touchpoints Caro transformed me in being self aware and confident about how to communicate and use my body and voice to tell stories.

I had 10 sessions with Carolin and I loved every one of them, because of their uniqueness. I went into each session with an open mind, not knowing what to expect and every time was a different experience. I loved the way she tailored everything to fit your personal needs. She pushed me to take actions immediately. It was an eye opener for me, taught me a few things about who I am. She is great, easy to understand and follow. I will highly recommend her to anyone who wants to improve her communication skills especially as a public speaker.
