Should have heeded warning from other reviewer this is not a specialist courier it's a third party go between. They use yodel as their courier which is not made clear on the website. Yodel lost my ite... もっと見る

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Used them to have a wing delivered from Staines to falkirk. Had to change the date after booking as well which they were able to sort for me. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the website is difficult to use as you have to keep reloading it to get it to work.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. DONT USE THERE SERVICE WHAT SO EVER
I booked a bumper on 6th Jan using 24h express service paid £45. Today is 23rd of Jan 2026. Parcel hasn't arrived and my customer is asking full refund and gave the negative review.
I contacted the carpartscouriers.co.uk on WhatsApp. i was told they are chasing the parcel i waited another five days, when i asked for Investigation reference number they simply said they don't have any but investigation in ON.
Then i contacted the DPD directly and i was informed no such investigation ever conducted.
I requested the DPD to open an investigation of which I'm waiting for result. I came back to them and they replied after two days denying the fact so i provided the investigation Ref number. The thing is not only ive lost an item worth £279 i also lost £45 for courier i also lost a customer, My business lost its Rating and all i get in return same pathetic words followed by no action or results.
I would suggest anyone who is reading please avoid using this company at all cost they going to strangle and leave you hanging in the middle of nowhere.

I’ve used these around 5 times now and not once has it gone smoothly.
The first 2-3 orders I had to chase up collections myself with absolute 0 help from this company.
Then the next was a bonnet and actually arrived bent and smashed to pieces, this company read and viewed my query about damages and the picture evidence and completely ignored and disregarded it without even replying.
Now I’ve booked a complete car door and a boot and they’re saying it’s above 30kg so they cannot collect.
I’ve asked for a refund and yet to receive one or even a reply.
These use DPD and are not competent car parts couriers, they’re office is based in a shared office on a 3rd floor.
These are scammers at best.

We always send our larger car bumpers…
We always send our larger car bumpers with CarPartCouriers and have never had any problems! Their couriers take care and attention to these fragile items and I can 100% recommend CarPartCouriers to anyone sending larger, unusually shaped car bumpers or car parts.
Absolutely incompetent
Thee worst company I've ever have unfortunately come in to contact with. From the start to finish absolutely useless. Delays and excuses. Then when my item was delivered over 2 weeks later, it came damaged. Contacted them right away. Sent photos for proof of condition when I bought it and the state of it when it arrived with me. Proof of cost and anything else they needed. Heard nothing so made contact again and was told to send proof A G A I N. I explained i had already done this and resent the email again. Over a week went past and I made contact again only to be told to send proof of everything again !!! That ended up in a conversation through WhatsApp off more excuses and then told my £250 item was only insured for £20 and if I did get anything that's the amount it would be. I gave up at this point and bought another similar item and just took the loss. I honestly do not like slating anyone else's company but in this case I really have no option PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company. You will 99% be disappointed and let down and that's if you even get your package. -10 is my score !!!👎👎👎

They take your order and pass it to DPD they charged me £107 and did not provide me with the labels for the package, DPD came to collect after 3 days of booking the collection, DPD were unable to collect the package due to no labels. i still have the package although 7 emails to Car Part Currier they will not reply, also there phone number will not ring,

I will be trying to get a refund through my bank and also sent them the official email of breach of contact which they acknowledged.

No matter how many requests were written, how many confirmations were sent, no result. One answer is we're working on it. Four months later they're still working on it. Total scam.
I covered the client's losses with my own money.
Because of this case, I became neither richer nor poorer, but the curier company lost trust.

Not a courier service
They are not a car part courier company, or even a courier company. They simply take your order and pass it to DPD having taken a mark up for the privilege. No information about this on their site
The registered company address is a shared office space on the third floor of a building in London city centre (Regent Street). No fleet of vehicles to be seen anywhere
I paid £54.97 for a tailgate / bootlid service. They simply went on DPD's website and booked a service in my name for £24.99, pocketing £30 for copying and pasting my name into the online form
I asked for a refund for this service and this is where the communication really broke down. I had terrible excuses blaming the delays on "father having a stroke" and "temp employees not doing anything".
In the end, I opened a case with PayPal and had to escalate to a full claim to get my money back. Then, after radio silence, the company emailed saying that they had issued the refund.....RUBBISH! I scraped the cash back via the PayPal process myself.

Over 5 days late with picking up and then driver broke my bumper on 4 pieces. They using DPD which they refused to pay any compensation as well saying my packaging was poor. Strongly suggest DO NOT USE THEM. i just lost over £300 because of them.
Really simple process
Really simple process. Sold var wing on ebay. Booked online picked up next day, delivered to Scotland two days later. Fantastic service and notably cheaper than competitors. Excellent service, will definitely use again

They lost my bumper!!! I got my money back for shipping only thanks to PayPal. I have nothing for the bumper even though I paid insurance. They do not respond to email. Next time I will read the reviews because I see that I am not the only one who has a problem with CARPARTCOURIERS.CO.UK
Don't waste your time or money
Honestly wouldn't recommend using them at all for any parcel.
Used them to transport a car wing and door.
Three times the courier refused to take the door and had to rearrange the door to be picked up. Which wasn't a hassle to the lady that organised this (Rhonnda Mcdonald)
I recieved a email to say it would be delivered ( which didn't happen ) when I tried to trace this apparently there was no reason for this and they didn't know why this was.
Dpd eventually told carpartcouriers this door was damaged in transit and that they have sent it back to the seller.
This was a private seller and he had no idea this was the case and didn't receive anything back at all.
Fast forward to 3 months later.
I've still not recieved the door, had to send numerous emails to Rhonnda asking if there was any updates and loads of emails were ignore until I stated it was urgent and I needed to know where the door was and if I should just try getting another.
Now been told they are going through insurance with Dpd who have lost the door and I won't get it at all. And that I'm only entitled to £20 back.
Waste of money and months emailing to be told this.
Don't waste your time or money they will tell you false information.
Questionable to say the least
Questionable to say the least. I paid for collection of 4 x tyres which I am donating to a charity. No email confirmation was sent. Tried to call - nobody would pick up. Sent an email - nobody replied....until miraculously weeks later, when my bank raised a dispute with their bank, they managed to contact me to try to get me to cancel the dispute. Jokers..avoid at all costs.
