The worst experience I’ve had in…
The worst experience I’ve had in purchasing crystals. New policies apply to new customers. Over-priced tourmaline and pressure was put to ship this single item - costing nearly 50 quid. Not even a token gesture of good will. Greedy and more than disappointing. Upsetting actually.

We’re genuinely sorry to read this review and disappointed that you feel this way, especially after the level of support and flexibility we offered.
To clear up a few important points:
The item in question was claimed during a live sale, where you were fully aware of the price at the time. No one was overcharged... the price was agreed by you in real time.
You also had every opportunity to return the item under our returns policy, which you chose not to do.
Your comment about paying £50 for shipping is factually incorrect... your actual shipping fee was £12. Customs fees are charged by your country’s import office and are completely out of our control.
Our open box service, which gives customers the ability to build parcels over time, was offered as a gesture of goodwill. We stored your item for over three months free of charge, which is well beyond what most small businesses can accommodate.
When we followed up, it was a gentle reminder ,not pressure , and even then, we offered to continue holding the parcel if needed. You chose to check out.
Regarding the lack of a free item ,we occasionally include small thank-you gifts, but these are never guaranteed or promised. They’re added when possible and shouldn’t be expected as standard, especially after receiving extended free storage and reduced shipping.
We’re a small, independent business, not a large operation and we’ve always done our best to treat customers with flexibility and fairness. That’s why we’re disappointed to receive such a harsh review that doesn’t reflect the full story.
We respectfully ask that you consider removing or updating this review, as it’s based on claims that don’t match the facts and has the potential to seriously damage a small business that genuinely tried to do right by you.

Item well presented in live sale. Arrived beautifully packaged and as described. Unfortunately Royal Mail sent to incorrect hub and package had to be re routed hence very overdue delivery. Always quality items from this seller.

Best quality crystals I’ve received, cute store and easy online facilities. Love that they concentrate on the ethics of where they source their crystals from as I know not many other companies put the same level of care into ensuring they are not sourcing from unfair conditions x
