Promised delivery for a certain day and was 2 days late putting fitting back a week! Customer not happy. Not good for customer relations .

The new floor looks really terrific. We had great advice and really good service from Carpet & Flooring Online, including recommending an alternative range of flooring which cost us a lot less but with no loss of quality.
I can highly recommend this company!

Fabulous service from start to finish. We wanted flooring for our new barn renovation and the staff offered great product knowledge. So much choice in their showroom and we have definitely bought the perfect flooring for our new home

Delayed delivery + non responsive customer service when there was a matching issue with the floor we received. Spent far too much energy chasing them - in the end, we chose to dump 700 quid worth of flooring as it was delaying our project and this company had nothing but excuses

We purchased a Ted Todd floor from Carpet and Flooring Online, and the floor arrived in perfect condition, looks amazing. The company were incredibly helpful throughout the process, from ordering through to months later when we couldn't find a piece! They quickly provided support and helped me figure out where to locate the piece (it had indeed arrived as ordered). Carpet and Flooring Online weren't initially the best price we found, but they readily matched a lower price and with the additional support afterwards, I'd say they're well worth it. Very positive experience!

We have bought a lot of flooring off this company in the past & to be fare had a good service. This time we had to ring and message numerous occasions to remind Tom to send us the email for payment to enable the order to be sent out. We amended our order with our daughter buying a house and spent over £1,200 so was informed we’d get free delivery. A few days later with nothing arriving I called and ask if the two odd boxers be sent out quicker. We were informed it could but would have to pay for the two which we did. When the order arrived it was on a pallet with the whole order. When I questioned Tom about the £25 extra postage I’d payed he made out he’d done us some special favour & blamed staff leaving the company for all the problems we’d encounter !
You would have thought spending such a large sum of money and messing us about so much, as a good will gesture they’d of refunded the £25 to keep a valued returning customers happy ? A Very disappointing service this time around & not so sure we would recommend them.

As a reputable kitchen company "Vale Royal Kitchens" we have Used Carpets and flooring online, for all our LVT requirements, over the past 3yrs or so. Competive prices, prompt service and just all round good to deal with.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Were prompt in replying to emails or ringing back. Cheapest I could find for our flooring so hence can definitely recommend on both counts.
