Ordered a sample of patterned vinyl. The ordering process was very efficient and it was great to be able to obtain a free sample to be able to look at in our room. Sadly as it was a patterned sample the sample wasn't big enough so could not see the complete pattern. Due to this, we are still unable to decide whether it is suitable for our hallway.

Extremely good price on end of roll flooring . When it came the flooring was much better quality than I expected 4ml thick cusion vinyl it looks amazing and feels so soft under my feet. So happy with it .

Purchased some vinyl on a roll
Purchased some vinyl on a roll, was delivered quickly and fitted 3 days later by a professional floor fitter. The product had been stored to aclimatise correctly. The vinyl has many wrinkles stretching the whole width of the vinyl in 5 places in 5 metres . Company have tried passing this off and offered 50% refund which is not acceptable . It looks horrible and it cost me £100 to get it fitted ! They now are ignoring the legal liablity nd trying to pass the buck back to the manufacturer which apparantley take 3 weeks to respond ! I have informed them that my
contract is with them the retailer, not the manufacturer. This means the retailer is responsible for providing a remedy, even if the fault originates from the manufacturer . I will no pursue through the small claims court .

The creases appear to be consistent with incorrect handling, and this has been raised with the courier who delivered your order.
As you explained in your complaint, the creases were noticed prior to installation, but as this was installed regardless, unfortunately it is not applicable for a refund.
Should this have been reported prior to installation, we would have been more than happy to offer a full replacement/refund.

Delivery was excellent. Pattern is lovely and really pleased with how it looks. Only issue is how delicate the vinyl is. This is identified as suitable for kitchens but concerned it won't be durable enough for a high activity area.
