The representative over estimated on the materials ordered by over £1000. when ordering thaey stated that as long as the materials where unopened the would return the product i did not use

I bought amtico flooring, I phoned the company to confirm price and delivery, sales assistant was really helpful, delivered from England to Scotland within a week over the Easter holidays and still saved £300.00 compared to buying from my local supplier.

I ordered Amtico tiles the price was good and fast delivery arrived early than delivery time given. Would highly recommend this company. Tom whom I spoke to was very helpful

Was unable to source the discontinued carpet I wanted until I tried this company. Two other companies I tried just looked at the stocks on the computer listings but Tom went the extra mile to contact the manufacturer to ask if they had any left and hey presto I had my carpet. Great price and great communication throughout. Would use this company again.

Initial contact was helpful, polite and quick, there was also no ‘hard sell’ but I was sent a quote which was followed up a few days later with a friendly check to see if I wanted to proceed, again I didn’t feel pressured or pushed to buy.
When I did place my order I was pleasantly surprised that the carpet did indeed come as quickly as promised unlike other suppliers who were quoting much longer time frames.
All in all I couldn’t fault my experience.

Honestly, I was sceptical about ordering Amtico from an online retailer - it's a lot of money if it doesn't arrive or if its poor quality, etc, but was very happy with this company. I requested multiple quotes for different products as kept changing my mind. All quotes came in a timely fashion and all queries were answered with extra advice given where needed. Amtico arrived faster than expected with advanced notice of delivery. Great customer service and great price! Would definitely recommend and use again 👍
