Thank you for a top notch job as always!! From the first phone call to the finishing line, Carpet City are unmatched in choice, service and efficiency. Particular thanks goes to Levi and Jeff who are two of the nicest guys you will ever meet. The staff are very well informed and a treat to deal with. I am delighted to fully recommend them!!

Highly recommended

Great job. This is my second time calling them to fit flooring and they've been great. Good quality, meticulous and neat. Family owned business that prides themselves of giving a great customer service.

A true pleasure

From the start till the end we were looked after with utmost respect. I have had carpet city service in the past and would definitely use them in the future. It was a true pleasure observing the guys at work. Respectful, friendly and honest. Thank you

Very happy to recommend!

I found out about Carpet City from my builder. We went and had a look around to find flooring for our bathroom. We got very helpful service from everyone there and once we had made our decision, placed our order over the phone. The delivery came very quickly. I'm very happy to recommend them.

Had our living room fitted with Karndean flooring and the result is stunning. David our fitter was polite and professional and did a great job. Carpet City kept us informed throughout the process as our project was in two sections. Would recommend.

I have now used Carpet City twice

I have now used Carpet City twice - first for laying new vinyl flooring Kardean and Amtico - and now for laying stair carpet. On both occasions they have been professional and good at problem-solving. I have been very happy not only with the wide range of different materials they have to choose from but also with the knowledge and helpfulness of both the sales staff (Levi) and the fitters (on this occasion Craig).

A great company to work with

Carpet City was a real pleasure to work with, from sales and their extensive selection of flooring in their showroom to Levi for prompt and professional customer care and then finally to the laying of our lovely new Karndean flooring in our kitchen, laid by Craig and Bart who were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the product. Our kitchen has now got a new lease of life! We would definitely use Carpet City again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Carpet City is definitely a company a pleasure to deal with.
From start to finish, Levi positively guided us all the way through until we came to our final decision. Then arranging a fitting date, not a regular working day, Carpet City accommodate us all the way through.

Thumbs up for Carpet City

Today Carpet City fitted new lino in my kitchen (great choice of lino's by the way!!). From beginning to end the workers were pleasant, professional, efficient ie got on with the work and did a fantastic, perfect job. I am so happy with the end result and very impressed with the clean and neat way in which it was completed - they even swept the floor in my hall!!
