I went in and needed new carpet the next day they were really helpful and had a fitter for the next day the bloke was really good and the carpet looks lovely and fresh ready for us to move in tomorrow would definitely recommend the fitter was called dean

This is the third time weve had carpets fitted from carpet giant in orpington. The customer service from start to finish was excellent. We dealt with Dan K who was exeptionally helpful and knowledgable talking us through all our options, and with his help we decided on the best option for us. The fitters were polite and helpful. Thanks Dan K and carpet giant orpington!

Had nothing but problems with my floor the lvt is good I don’t have to problems with that. Until the old tiles were pulled up and replaced as my subfloor was installed incorrectly so lumpy and dipped been told from another contractor that it all needs to come up and then re screed to level it out. Frustrating as we spent in total 2k. Some tiles were replaced to flatten the high and low spots. But because it’s a different batch it’s got a different colour to them so we complained 4 times and to be honest the shop did help but so I don’t really want the job fixed now as it’s still not right it’s so frustrating the shop only offered £400 for the cosmetic difference in colour of the tiles but it’s the sub floor that has the issue too. I’ve emailed the head office let’s hope to get a resolution if not will be going trading standards and then maybe even court to get my money back or at least some of it as I’ve paid to have my floor damaged and it will cost more than 400 quid to rectify the screed I won’t name the store and the people who I’ve dealt with as I don’t think it’s appropriate at the moment as it’s going through head office but I will name them if no resolution

I was very impressed that Dan Whitcomb went out of hes way on his day off to come to my house and measure my stairs and landing.
It was going to be booked in for Friday but he called me back and said if its more convenient for you I could visit you on Wednesday on my day off as I do not live too far from you.
He came on time and was very helpful.

I really can’t thank Rob, the Store Manager of the Lock Meadow, Maidstone Carpet Giant store, enough for the very helpful, friendly and caring advice that he provided regarding choices of floor coverings to replace those on the ground floor of our home.
His guidance enabled us to make sensible choices with respect to the safety aspects of different floor coverings which I had not previously considered. It was so refreshing to listen to the freely provided expert advice which enabled us to make much safer choices with respect to slip, trip and fall risks that can cause injury to those who have mobility issues.
Rob’s advice was given in a friendly, reassuring and supportive manner which resulted in both a cost effective and excellent value for money solution.

Fantastic store, great selection. Really welcoming staff.

I first visited Tappy Carpet and received a quotation of £700 for carpeting my staircase, including the underlay. I then visited Carpet Giant Orpington and was pleasantly surprised to find that they could do the same job for nearly half the price.

The fitting was completed very quickly, and the fitter did a superb job. I’m extremely happy with the quality of the work and the service I received.

The staff in uckfield branch was very helpful , advice and knowledge was very valuable . We had been looking for a carpet for our lounge we had visited several carpet shops where the staff seemed not interested in helping. Thanks guys for your time in explaining things and helping us choose a carpet suitable

This relates to the Orpington branch, I would hope that the others are different but I'm not going to risk it.

Do not believe what they tell you.

I had email confirmation from them stating that the product I wanted was in stock. When I visited the store it wasn't and the staff seemed surprised that I was asking for it as the product was discontinued. A wasted 3 hour round trip through heavy traffic jams on a Bank Holiday.

Rob was so helpful I needed some carpet to match previous order I was informed by rob that it was discontinued, he went out of his way to call the warehouse luckily they still had some .

Absolutely great deal, carpet all done without lifting a finger. I didn’t even have to go into the store, the lovely lady Natasha on the phone handled it all for me.

I do think I robbed them because the price quoted was soo cheap.

Lovely guys who came to install the carpet and added extra inner lay at no cost.

David at Haslemere Trading Estate, Maidstone was very helpful and proactive with quotes and ordering of carpet, flooring etc. Also very responsive.
The guy's also fitting and laying carpet and flooring very good and reliable.
All looks great and having more done.

They have installed my carpet in first floor for is good and now I doing organise to install the LVT floor don't know until install all ground floor but I believe they are very professional and guarantee for to it.

Been here twice now in Charlton and served by John. Very helpful and great company. So many deals also. Definitely would recommend a look. Thank you

John was extremely helpful and also incredibly patient, which was a plus seen as I am painfully indecisive! I wanted a bargain and John weighed up my options and explained these to me to make sure I stayed in my budget. Thank you for the help John, I got what I wanted and I will definitely be returning. 10/10 service.
