Car Registration レビュー

Idk what these negative reviews are about but people love to complain about anything and everything. The service was excellent. Yes, you pay additional fees BUT it saves you having to wait hours at the dmv. This was such a life saver. I ordered my registration on Friday and received it on Tuesday the following week. So quick and easy. I’ll be doing everything on here moving forward.

Not what I expected. This is a very quick and easy service, but the price and experience could be better, not a happy customer.....
Track the fees

Worst customer service ever. I needed to get this done ASAP and could not wait for an appt at DMV (6 weeks out). I sent in all the paperwork on April 20th and waited for them to reply. I received a response that my copies were blurry, so I resent. On May 20 one MONTH later, I asked why havent I heard back? I get a response that maybe their emails went into my spam/junk folder. Nope not there... Told them so. they said please re-send documents. Once again I sent them, it's been a week now and still have not heard back from them. Now that my tags are expired and I will have to pay a fee, I guess I will be making that DMV appt after all.

I received email from carregistration.com. The cost of renewal through them is $67 while the cost to renew directly on the CA DMV site was $20.42 since I used my credit card. It would have been the $20 registration fee if I used a bank account. Carregistration.com's fees are excessive for the service that they provide.

Scam, this is nearly impersonation of the DMV.

This is a middle man service that reaches out to you with your vehicle information so they can hand your payment to the DMV for a fee.

Good service, top notch....

Quick and convenient. There is a processing fee, but well worth it if it means I don’t have to deal with the dmv. Paid my fees, got immediate proof attached to my email and got my tags two days later.

Totally predatory website. THey pay to be above the rmv and it confuses people, specifically senior citizens. I don't know why they are allowed to parade as the dmv , but the attorney general in my state has been notified . This is preying upon senior citizens and it's completely unnecessary when anyone can easily complete online transactions directly through the DMV without a 3rd party masquerading as the dmv. DIsgusting company

Great for people who run out of time or close to the due date of the registration renewal. For a $300 registration, there was a Service Fee, Convenience Fee and Shipping Fee (totaling over $40). If you're not careful, they'll charge a $29.99 Fee for Express Shipping. You have the option to change it to1st Class Mail of $2.99. If you have the time, mail the payment to the DMV and save the excess fees.

Very Helpful. I would recomend this service. yes there are fees but, your needs get taken care of very fast. I had questions and they answered them right away. Thank You Heidi!

They're a horrible company. We paid over 500 when it was only 389 at dmv hoping we could get car out of tow yard last weekend. You pay a convenience fee but nothing convenient about this website. You pay extra then they say they can't process and don't know when they'll be able to costing us even more money.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY,GO TO DMV KIOSK INSTEAD

It should be zero star for charging me a second time because the first registration didn’t make it to my residence! Thieves!!

BE WARE!!! WATCH TACK ON FEES!
I was charged

This is a very quick and easy service. I have used it for 3 years now and I am very happy with it. I would recommend it to everyone.

Was skeptical at first but i took a leap of faith and Car registration.com came through big time. Yes they have convenience and processing fee, but they save so much time. Especially if you’re late in your reg and can’t do it through DMV online. Who wants to leave their house to go to the frickin dmv right now in this pandemic. Thank you for honest service.

Thanks for the $10 convenience fee California. It's awesome since registration is mandatory and the DMV is slower than a politician coming through on their promises.
