Not only do they make excellent products but also brilliant customer service from Carron! I had lost a part from our fireplace surround and they were able to supply a replacement within a couple of days.
Highly recommended.

Excellent service. We are a plumbing and heating company, we ordered some radiators and unfortunately one of them bubbled (the customer specified a certain colour paint so it was not a standard radiator) due to the paint not having gone off as we think it was sent to early from the factory but this was very quickly rectified and the new radiator was wet tested in the factory to ensure it didn’t happen again leaving our customer happy and I cannot fault there aftercare. It’s unfortunate that we had the issue but these things happen and it’s nice to deal with a company that cares about their reputation and customer service. We will definitely use them again.

Excellent support! Everyone I have spoken to at Carron have been incredibly helpful and in particular Neil who helped with a problem I had with consideration, efficiency and speed. There customer care is second to none and i would recommend them to anyone 100%.

We’ve just had 8 Carron cast iron radiators fitted in our house and they look fantastic. The finish on them is stunning and they’re a real focal point in each room. Thank you!

Spoke to some one about a part for my customers old stove. They came back to me really quickly and were able to provide the part. My customer is over the moon

One item had a couple of slight chips, called up and spoke to Eve Meadows, she was extremely understanding in relation to timescales for my workmen and got a replacement part out to me the very next morning so as not to hold up progress or incur me extra costs for the workmen hanging around. She was excellent and extremely professional. A credit to this company. This is the third Carron fire we have had due to house moves, and I would recommend them, supported by excellent customer service. Thanks Eve. 😊

I ordered fire bricks for back of my burner from Carron My burner is a 2010 model.
They sent me bricks which are too big and when I emailed they said that the bricks were the right size and I should adjust them by sanding them down. I have responded saying that I am a lady pensioner with limited tools. Carron customer services then suggested sending smaller side bricks which I will have to pay for.
I responded immediately and asked them to guarantee that they will fit? This was on 27th Feb and I still waiting to receive a response. Very, Very poor customer service to leave me waiting in winter months. For these reasons I will not be buying Carron Heating again.

I bought a cast iron radiator from Carron 2 years ago and it's really top quality but over time it's taken a couple of knocks and the paint needs a little touch up.

The paint that came with the radiator had dried up so I dropped Carron a message asking for advice on which paint I should use to ensure a colour match and thanks to Katina in customer services I received a new touch up tub in the post the very next day. Customer service is 2nd to none, what a pleasure to deal with, thank you!

Carron's radiators look great and work well. A very minor issue was sorted straight away and a part sent out quickly. Their customer service representative Jade was great.

Fantastic after care, I bought a fireplace in 2019 and just managed to lose a small part whilst cleaning. They worked out exactly which part it was and sent it in the post the same day. Fast efficient and helpful, and the fireplace still looks amazing even though I use it every day in winter.

Excellent customer service, I had a query reference my older model 4.7kw Stove, I was called back straight away and I was impressed by the product knowledge.

You should judge a company by their response to issues and mistakes. I would highly recommend Carron because they identified that a replacement part was incorrectly specified and quickly supplied the right part. no fuss, no hassle. I would highly recommend a visit to the Carron showroom at Hurlingham Business Park, Grantham,if you are in the process of researching and buying new radiators. The radiators are a work of art - and it was really good to see them in the flesh as we changed our mind about which design we are having once we saw how nice some of them are. In addition, the customer service we received from Aaron was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and helpful and spent a lot of time with us explaining the different aspects of the radiators, showing us different designs, provided us with colour swatches, and even gave us a look into the factory. Having visited the showroom I feel confident that we will be investing in a quality product.

From start to finish this company were great to deal with especially Tom Weaver in Customer Service & Sales, very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me find the correct parts I needed for my fireplace and the whole experience left a very positive impression, professional with that lovely old fashioned customer service. Delivery was the following day which again was fantastic thank you so much.

I had a broken part on my Carron wood burner, a metal disc plate had snapped in half , I rang round a few places and then rang where I purchased the wood burner about 10 years ago , spoke to a brilliant sales man who was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed.
He got me a price and it was with me two days later .
Would definitely go back to them if had problems in the future.

I have used Carron for a number of years as they manufacture fantastic quality cast iron radiators that perform and look great, I have just purchased 2 for a project we are doing, they have been delivered today and look brilliant, end client is over the moon with the wow factor. I would also like to add that Aaron in the office is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I sent a photo of the broken blanking plate and Aaron sourced the replacement part and sent it next day delivery.

I've had a problem with my stove (a broken air controller back plate) and over the last few days have been in contact via email with Tom sending details and Photos of my stove . I did think that I was'nt going to be able to solve the problem. But not so . Tom emailed this morning saying they had the part. Then Tom rang which was great as I could speak to him direct and tell him how grateful I was for all his help, and I was able to sort out the delivery of the part required, which is on its way and arriving tomorrow. I am so pleased with the service and the way Tom went above and beyond to ensure I could use my stove again, he also gave helpful advice about fitting the part. I can highly recommend this company and its team. Its a big thumbs up from me.
