Serious lack of communication as car had not even arrived at the location on the agreed test drive appointment and i was not contacted and informed on time. Staff were very uninterested and lacked communication between themselves being three of them. Important parts were missing from vehicle that were not even mentioned and found out after bringing car home. Very very slow transaction at their branch wasted so much of our time. Told us car was ready to be driven away but as we got there their 2 others cars were blocking and they could not even find the keys so wasted another 10minutes whilst my 1 hour temporary car insurance had started. One in particular Rude staff member. Been to several car dealerships and this is my first time i have come across such staff who appeared interested and clueless most of the time.

The staff both salesperson and general manager were very good to deal with and most of all the car was excellent

Illy was really helpful and patient, despite my technical issues sorting out car insurance. He quickly resolved a minor issue with the bonnet sensor and provided so.e missing items from the boot. Nothing seemed much trouble. Thanks again.

The service at Carsa Bolton was amazing. Everything about the car was explained in detail and I tested the car to my satisfaction. All my questions were answered properly. Louis, who attended to me was really helpful.

£39 test drive booked. Left my husband sat there for 2 hours and ignored him. Scam. I want my money back.

I Found the staff in the showroom to be a bit rude and not very welcoming. If I hadn’t found and approached someone they would never have asked how they could have helped or what they could do for me. Plenty walked passed me stood in the middle of the showroom clearly wanting some direction. The Salesman who did my test drive was nice and friendly. When I agreed to take a car I told the salesman id be there just after lunch on Thursday. He said HE would call Thursday morning. Instead I got an automated message on Wednesday saying my appointment was 2pm…. Later than id agreed. On collection I was 30 minutes early and again nobody spoke to me on arrival or greeted me. The only person who spoke was a fairly abrupt member of staff who told us to move our car from where we parked. When I made myself known to the staff sitting at a desk they just told me I was early and nobody could see me until my 2pm booking. They were not friendly and almost blamed me for there being nobody free because i was early. I was told to wait, not made feel welcome. The salesperson who completed my deal was again nice enough, although he vanished from the desk about 4 times during our 25 minutes handover and took a mobile phone call in the middle of it.
I found the customer service overall very poor, cold and unwelcoming and not that id expect when spending a substantial amount of money with a garage. The whole process seemed very transactional and not personal at all. The male toilet was out of order and the ladies that was being used as the alternative was a mess. This was the worst garage I've ever bought a car from.
