BUYER BEWARE AT ALL COSTS!!! Warning, Warning, Warning!!! Do not order from this company under any circumstances. They market as a company in the US but they are in China. Delivery is EXTREMELY slow (3 weeks). When you try to get a refund, they do all they can not to give it to you, offering percentages off of future purchases. No phones, just massive circular emails never giving instructions for return and refund. Do not EVER, EVER, EVER order from this company. It is a complete SCAM!!!!!

ordered a M. shirt was very short in arm and body length. very tight fit. totally disapppointed.

I ordered what was suppose to be a coat it took over 3 weeks to get here and it looked nothing like what I ordered it was a sweater!!! It looked like it had already been worn and repackaged. I ordered a large which is what I wear and I couldn't get my arm in the sleeve and they refused to give me return information kept saying they were not receiving the information they requested your receiving the written information but your telling me your not receiving the pictures you requested absolutely ridiculous!!! how can you get one without getting the other 🤔 all you gotta do is send me information so I can return your product but that seems yo be too difficult!!!

This is a scam. It most likely is a drop shipping service that portends itself to be an American company (back story and all) but what you are buying from is some Chinese operation that sold me a crappy pair of shoes that took a month to come.
Don’t Buy From Them.

Delivery was slow, sizing was way off, the quality of the fabric was cheap. They use an American sounding name with slick marketing photos. When in reality, the products come from China and are low quality.

There is nothing honest about how they sell and manufacture their products. This is a Chinese company, with low quality, horrible delivery, and fake description of their products. Avoid them at all cost.

I have placed two orders with Carson Miller, both times for men's jeans for my son. Because these items ship from China plus the fact they are low-quality (1 pair had the labels ripped off and were damaged), I wouldn't spend money here.

About a week after you place an order you will receive an apology email saying they are backed up on orders so expect a longer shipping time. Then you will receive an email with a discount code for a future purchase. Then you will wait a few more weeks for your product to arrive.

Overall - spend your money in America and get something locally or buy thrift. These items were way too expensive for the quality AND experience we received.

Horrible. First They lied saying shipping was going to be around a 1-2 week span , In reality it was 1 whole damn month. Next they don’t even deliver the package to my front door.. They dropped it on the floor on the mailroom hallway where it was stolen. Literally just wasted my money , save you’re money and time and just go order from another site trust me

SCAM!! Really frustatinf. The shoes I ordered are bigger than the normal size and they won’t accept returns or exchanges despite their website clearly saying the accept returns and exchanges within a 30 day window!!! AVOID!!! Shoes were for my wedding and their response is to order another pair for 25 percent off. Ridiculous

NEVER AGAIN!!! I purchased a shirt that did not arrive on time or in the window that they said it would be received. I no longer needed it and immediately contacted them to return it. I am well within in the return period according to their "policy." However, I have spent hours, day and email negotiating probably with a robot. They refuse to give me a full refund - only 30% of what I paid back! RIDICULOUS. BE WARNED!! Plus the quality of the product is crap for the $40 that I paid. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I did not have a great experience. I placed an order and after a little over a week i was advised it was delayed and had not shipped yet. I requested to just cancel the order. Instead of canceling it, I was told it shipped 2 days later. The purchase arrived almost 2 weeks after I requested to cancel and I received an email telling me to look around my property or ask if a neighbor may have it. I'm not sure if there may be a language barrier, or they are purposely ignoring my request. I would not purchase from them again.

The sandals are very comfortable with very supple leather. They appear to be of high-quality. I wore them most of the day and had no discomfort, which is rare for the first time wearing. I’m glad that I ordered them in both black and brown..
