The team was helpful. there were some technical issues that prevents me from using the Cartoonize.net service, but the team was putting so much effort trying to solve this problem for me. the communication was easy and and the team was helpful.

I have been using Colorcinch for more than 6 months now and it is very important for my business. Now I am not able to login to my account for more than 2 days. I have submitted multiple help requests and haven't received an answer. Basically, I am paying for services that I am not able to use or cancel.

I will edit this review as soon as the Colorcinch resolves this issue, because it is important to me.

Had initial connection to all the app’s functionality but this was sorted in a timely manner.

Had a great tech support exchange- the images weren’t generating, and were stalling out without ever creating. Since I use colorcinch in my art process to create templates for fabric portraits I was super frustrated since I had paid the annual subscription and now it wasn’t working. I sent a help request and was impressed at how quickly I got a response. The solution that was suggested worked and I am back in business. (It was as simple as doing the software update on my iPhone and trying chrome on my Mac). Thanks Peter!

one star...why? It is complicated ) Here is the scenario :
I've looked at functionality/effects and liked some of them. Wanted to save on my pc - need premium. ok - went for it. Saved.
BLACK PICTURE. Tried another filter - same. Tried another computer - guess what...Same...
Tell me I've requested some sophisticated feature...Photo->effect->save-> Black picture. That's my experience.
I've opened a service request - provided all the details(wanted to help troubleshoot) and requested refund - zero response since then.
Waste of time...
Ok - bye, color cinch.

Update: after this review was published
- got response from support - I missed the "Apply" button...So - adding one star...
- and - yes - I decided not to receive a refund (as was "suddenly" suggested by colorcinch) and leave this review here ).
In My opinion I performed beta testing for them - if changes are not applied - there shouldn't be an ability to save it as a black picture. Pretty straightforward...

I just subscribed and it seems like a quality app, but something worth noting is when there was a glitch in one of their features their response to fix it and to respond to my support ticket was incredibly fast!

I submitted a help request, and they were very prompt in not only answering, but also helping me with my problem.

They're client support is super fast and very polite.

My card was billed annually by mistaken, yet I wanted it monthly. Peter rectified it and a refund was possible.

Accidentally bought annual instead of monthly plan, they refunded the amount difference instantly
