it's a Scan and fraudulent company, offer sub par service at a ridiculous price, its also very hard to get ride off the £10 a month charge, that doesn't show up as this company on your bank statements. had to spend an hour on the phone to my bank to find out who these thief's are.

For once, a company who replies very quickly, week-ends included, and with efficient solutions, easy to understand for a layman. Very, very rare these days !

I recently installed Colorcinch and have been impressed with its beautiful photo effects. Customer service has been prompt and friendly.

Certain parts of this review have been redacted/censored due to a complaint laid by Colocinch, making it so that the truth is now hidden from view. Modified review follows:
This company and product are a *redacted due to complaint from Colorcinch*. They once marketed FX Cartoonizer as a one-purchase product but when they decided to go with a subscription service, they made sure FX cartoonizer *redacted due to complaint from Colorcinch*, and then also made doubly sure that *redacted due to complaint from Colorcinch*. Took the money, *redacted due to complaint from Colorcinch*, tried to coax those customers into a newer subscription product. Ergo, *redacted due to complaint from Colorcinch*.

I had a glitch occuring when I tried to cartoonize a photo I had copied from the web. Colorcinch would not process that image correctly at all; in fact, the app created a ghost-like effect of the image. But, one of the suggestions from the support team was to try a different photo. Well, I tried 2 or 3 of my own and all of them worked. That's when I realized (and was reminded) the app can produce less-than-satisfactory results with low resolution images. The app has been working like money ever since!

I recently purchased this product and think its great value for money. Super simple to use, so many functions. So happy with results and the customer service/tech help is excellent.

Peter was about as responsive as one could get. Dealt with the issue - and myself - very professionally. Cartoonize is a solid product with solid service on the backend. Recommend 100%.
