I bought the Sonus Zen and because of health issues my doctor said that I could not take it. I contacted 'cartpanda' or 'Gex' and let them know about the situation with my dr. They agreed to give me a full refund and there were several emails back and forth, and one of the emails says in the subject line...I was approved for a full refund'.
They received the product on 04/06 and since then they have 'ghosted' me. I have sent them a few emails and nothing back.
I am also disappointed because they had a Dr Oz AI in the infomercial promoting the product. I thought the way he was talking was weird but didn't put it together because of all the great reviews that were there. I also found out he Dr Oz DOES NOT PROMOTE any products like that.
I am not sure what they are doing with Dr OZ AI is legal, but it is so unethical to use him as an AI. I hope to get my full refund back, but based on the other 1 star reviews it's not looking good. But if not, I will be going to my credit union to report fraud and a non-refund of returned product and will get it back from them.

Cartpanda took an order from me, and issued what seems to be a bogus tracking ID number. Ultimately the product never arrived and I am being refused a refund.

AI'S Fake Ads fooling customers
I wrote to cartpanda about the huge problem I had with a wrong item sent for a a very large amount of$$$$$.
An immediate refund was initiated. I am very appreciative of the sales reps response.
I also found out, this is possibly an AI ad for the product. This is upsetting to me bc as a customer I believed the ad and ordered. There needs to be some legal ramifications on AI Fake ads. Thank you.
Cart Panda is a SCAM
Cart Panda is responsible for sending orders made to BioNature for their Berberine-Chromium Picolinate capsules. They are also responsible for refunds. Instead of sending the 24 bottles of capsules, they sent a substitute of 12 bottles of chewables for the price of $444.77. This product is a SCAM and only a half year's supply was sent. I went back and forth with the company via emails 22 times and they gave me their address and said the return items had to have a tracking number which cost an additional $14. I returned the product within the 90 day window requirement but today received a message stating that the return window is now 60 days and no refund will be sent. They also said there was never any "follow-up" about the order. This is not true and I have retained the copies of the 22 emails.

I highly reommend that you do not do business with Carpanda. They have no problem shipping and billing but once thet are paid they don't want to hear from. It took multiple calls and emails to get an RMA. I returnd the goods as instructed and almost 3 weeks later I have no refund. Oh, in the process they constantly try to discount the refund. You have fight for a full refund. Support is less than responsive and I' sure that's part of their business model, get the money and don't give it back, atleast not all of it.

My experience with Cartpanda/Health Group has been abysmal. They operate without transparency and fraudulently. After realizing the product I purchased was falsely endorsed and misrepresented as being medical grade and FDA approved, within minutes of my order I reached out to cancel it. To my shock, there were two additional charges for upsales totaling close to $400 on top of the $224 purchase. I did not make a choice to purchase any additional products; however, the configuration of the website is misleading and confusing, clearly resulting in opportunities for consumers to unknowingly buy unwanted products. Hyperlinks on the website were dead. I finally found a phone number for Cartpanda on PayPal. I spoke with three different âcustomer service representativesâ all of whom were EVERYTHING BUT helpful and courteous. I was told that it was impossible to cancel my order since it was already on its way (on a Saturday evening and again on a Sunday morning (4am), neither hours the USPS operates). I was offered varying price reductions and ultimately provided a 40% refund minus shipping and taxesâ for products that had not even shipped! When I called back after only a portion (less than half) of the order was received, I was told that I could keep the product and get a modest refund of the total purchase that was almost $600 or return the product for a refund. This is a scam. 400 has been stolen from me. If a company has a quality product, then they should provide quality service and back the product by allowing cancellations of orders made within a certain timeframe. Instead, consumers get the runaround. There is no path to a complete refund. Reps read scripts and deny accountability for assistance as it suits them. BUYER BEWARE AND RESEARCH PRODUCTS BEFORE FALLING VICTIM TO THIS SCAM!

I purchased a prostate supplement through CartPanda because the advertisement clearly stated there was a 180-day satisfaction guarantee. Based on that promise, I felt safe trying the product.
Unfortunately, the supplement did not help my condition at all. When I attempted to use the guarantee and request a refund, the company refused to provide a return address and would not honor the 180-day money-back guarantee they advertised.
I repeatedly asked customer service how to return the product, but they avoided giving me the necessary information and refused the refund.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels misleading. A satisfaction guarantee should mean that the company stands behind its product and honors refunds when customers are not satisfied.
I am sharing this so others are aware before purchasing. If a company advertises a guarantee, they should honor it and provide a clear return process.

After being offered %5 refund for gelatide I told them absolutely not, I wanted a full refund. Like the advertisement said. Then it was %30. I accepted the %30, stating only that that was a stepping stone to get a full refund. A couple of days later I tried to get the other%70 refund, I was told that the case was closed because I accepted %30 refund. This company should tell the BBB what they told me. SCAM!!

I ordered the product and was going to try it, but after talking to my doctor, I was told that I should not use it due to the amount of meds I take since having a double transplant. The correspondence with Aileen was fantastic, my order was sent and then returned and processed in a great time. I couldn't ask for better service!
