We are sorry to hear you felt disappointed with your experience back in 2022 (3 years ago). We take every piece of feedback seriously — whether positive or negative — as it helps us improve our service and customer care.

We want to clarify that we never ask customers to leave reviews before completing a purchase — this goes against our values of honesty and transparency. Reviews are entirely optional and shared by genuine customers who wish to support our work.

Regarding the issue you raised about the brakes: as part of our process, every vehicle is independently inspected and road-tested before being handed over. When you brought this concern to our attention, we investigated it thoroughly and worked alongside your finance provider to ensure a fair resolution. We’re glad you eventually had the issue resolved, though we regret the delays involved.

Lastly, to clarify — our business name has not changed due to any wrongdoing, but as part of our expansion and growth we have rebranded a meaningful and attractive name. Our legal entity is same since 2018 which can be verified in companies house under same company number: 11518355

We always aim to go above and beyond for our customers, and while we respect your personal experience, we feel your comments don’t reflect the service we consistently provide — as seen in the many 5-star reviews from hundreds of happy customers.
